Been to Tavern Hall multiple times and it has been my go to place whenever I am at Lincoln square at dinner hours. The atmosphere has always been here which explains the popularity of this place. The service is good, they generally keep tabs on ordering time and try to bring your food on time even in busy hours. Burger and Sandwiches are generally great here, other foods can be a hit or miss. The last time I went, I wanted something on a lighter flare and went with the Moroccan chicken bowl. It turned out to be pretty good. One thing I recommend here is to try their cocktail – they have the same usual cocktails but I feel they are pretty good here.

We went to Tavern for dinner, just wanted to try some burger and fries. The place is huge with ample amount of seating so no need to worry about reservations. It’s a self seating policy, so we chose our own seats. Soon after we sat one of the waiter came to get the order so we didn’t have to wait too long. Had 2 mocktail for drinks, but were good. Then Ordered crab and artichoke dip for appetizer. The dip was too pungent smell for our liking. The seafood smell was overpowering so didn’t finish the appetizer, was a disappointment! Then we tried chicken burger and beef burger for main course. It came with fries which was cooked well and fresh. I had the chicken burger and I loved it, patty was cooked fresh and tasted good but could have been a little bit more spicy.

10/5 stars! We arrived around 8pm and were told only one server was working so there would be a wait, which was completely understandable. We were seated very quickly after being told the wait would be a while. The service, food, atmosphere, everything was great! We didn’t catch our servers name, but she deserves a raise! She was handling all of the tables with ease and the food was out ridiculously fast. Great for happy hours or date nights.

This restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious food & a lively atmosphere. I’ve been here a few times, & have ordered online via Uber multiple times. The menu offers a variety of tasty options. However, the black bean burger was slightly salty, which diminished its overall taste. It’s worth noting that ordering food online can be pricey compared for dining in. In summary, it’s a decent place to dine with enjoyable food & ambience, but the higher prices for online orders are factors to consider.

Very friendly service at the bar. The food was good and we came at a quiet time so it wasn’t very loud. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing and worth noting you get one free refill. The burger was new to the menu and hopefully it stays for a while. The steelhead was cooked just right, it wasn’t dried out and seasoned well.
