This location of McDonald’s has real potential. The establishment was very clean and the staff were friendly and prompt with their service in the drive through, however it was hard to understand the employee taking our order and the food was not great. They put way to much sauce on my sandwich where the wrapper was covered in it and one bite sauce dripped all over my shirt. The fries had no salt or any seasoning of any kind. Let’s get a little more training on food quality but other than that, a descent experience.

Have not had McDonald’s in 10 yrs thought with the new adult Playland meals from my childhood I would give them a try.First reaction walking in clean very nicely decorated and my order was taken fast.Went to the restroom also very clean.After I walked out of the rest probably 6 minutes still no food no problem I’ll get my drinks and read the literature.After around 20 minutes and hearing a horrible beeping noise I walked to the counter to see young kids joking and talking.After staring at them for 5 minutes finally got my food.Great excitement to get back on road.After around 2 minutes on road reached into my bag to find cold not salted limp fry’s ok no big deal I’ll just eat the Big Mac guess what also ice cold.I should have said something when it took 25 minutes but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.

We never get everything we ordered and then we have to park and go inside with the receipt to show them we’re missing items from our order and they’re always so rude about it and act like we’re trying to get something extra from them. Fries are usually always cold and never fresh. We don’t go very often anymore because the service and food have gone down so bad but the few times we do go our order has never been correct. It’s always a bunch of young teenagers “working” inside and by that i mean they’re wearing the uniform but instead of doing the job properly and efficiently, they’re always inside playing around with one another and act annoyed that they have to stop to take your order and the “managers” just turn a blind eye to it like that’s the acceptable norm. Recently the service has declined more and more with every visit we make there.

Got to McDonalds at 10:28PM, traveling on the road, and the doors were locked and the guy that had the head piece on was ignoring people in the drive thru. I pulled up to the window, after a couple minutes blowing my horn, a lady worker turns and was telling the guy they had people at the window!!!! Do you know, NONE OF THEM CAME TO THE WINDOW AND NEVER ANSWERED FOR THE OTHER PEOPLE IN LINE AT DRIVE THRU EITHER! BOTH dine-in and drive thru don’t close to 11pm!!!! Brownsville McDonalds SUCKS!!!!

Worst McD’s experience in awhile. Smoothie was slimy and not right, chicken strips and burger seemed like they were cooked two days ago. Sauce spilled in my carryout bag, no napkin, had to ask for a receipt since the kiosk didn’t print one. Please don’t bother sending me a link as you have for other reviews, to submit more information so you can “look into it.” It’s clear management isn’t “looking into” this location.

The lack of workers helping customers at the front counter is terrible.
2 different workers repeatedly going outside to talk on there phones and smoke, in and out of the door repeatedly,mostly the black male drive through worker.
The smell of marijuana in this place is terrible. The employees are the ones smoking it just outside the doors.
This was on 10-11-25 during the evening hours. Totally unacceptable for any business to operate as such.
