Literally got the simplest thing ever. Large coke, S fry, and a Double cheese extra onion NO pickle. They literally gave the extra onion but took off the American cheese in place of the pickle. How do you get from the speaker drive through no pickle to no American cheese? Just don’t make sense.

This McDonald’s is really cool and doesn’t feel like a typical fast food place. The decor is nice and pleasant, and the atmosphere is calm since there’s not much noise. The tables are comfortable, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a relaxed meal. Plus, the kids’ play area is a great bonus, allowing little ones to have fun and play while adults unwind. Overall, it’s a very family-friendly and pleasant place to spend time with the family.

I ordered the Big Arch burger. Reminiscent of a Big Mac, the sauce is more savory though. The patties are huge but somehow more dry. There are also some weird fried onions or something smashed into it. Super greasy. The bun was good but fell apart halfway through it. The best thing about it was the sliced pickles. The fries were awesome as always.

I always say that Holly Rd is the fastest service, but for the amount of people that are in both lines at this downtown Grand Blanc location they brought out the item within minutes of placing the order. Small orders, but still amazing.

This is certainly one of the McDonald’s establishments, not a particularly great one but one of them regardless. Due to its location it’s always incredibly busy, wait times are typically 10-20 minutes regardless of what you order, I once had a 23 minute wait for two hash browns here but at least it was fresh I guess. Service is alright, Ive witnessed the workers rotate in and off of counter forgetting and confusing customers during the long wait so frequently that it became a little funny but besides that hiccup they’re nice, just under high pressure. The atmosphere and interior of this location is honestly one of the nicer ones, it’s sleek but cozy and generally very clean. Food at McDonald’s is always pretty much the same no matter where you get it and it’s always “okay” by my books. In comparison to most McDonald’s the food is at least always hot when you get it here, probably on account of them burning through it faster than other locations.

Sunday night we ordered 2 double quarter pounders. They had to remake the first set and move us to the waiting spot because the meat was raw. We left after receiving the newly made burgers. To our dismay one of our burgers was completely raw with only the sear on the outside. This was after taking a couple bites of the burger. Monday morning my fiancee starting having symptoms of food poisoning. Today (now Thursday) the symptoms still persist and he has had to take off multiple days of work because of it. We paid nearly $15 a meal for it to make my fiancee so sick he can’t even work. Thanks.

This McDonald’s is just terrible. If you’re using door dash. Don’t bother. No matter how good your tip is..the food is cold before the driver even leaves the store. Will never DoorDash or eat at this loacation either. If you cant slap pre-made food together..& keep it on the bun; you should find another job.

They have double lines for the cars to go for drive thru and people just cut in front of you coming from the other line. Horrible service I have to come in to get my order. The burger had no lettuce and no tomatoes in it, Not recommended

Corporate store means better prices. Has consistent service. The only thing I don’t like about this store, and other McDonald’s, is when I order the sausage muffin with egg and I find myself chewing on eggshells. Drives me insane! Despite this, I find myself going to this location over all other McDonald’s in the area.

I think out of all the McDonald’s in the community (holly, grand blanc, flint, davison, clio) this is by far the best one. Food is always hot and.quick, the staff are nice and accurate with the order. Just cant complain
