Been several times in the past 6 months and the customer service is consistently horrible. I continued to give them a chance hoping that my experience was a one-off situation, but it’s not. It’s their standard. There is no sense of awareness on the staff’s part or common courtesy. They do no greet people, one-time a young lady working the intercom came on yelling back and forth with her co-worker before asking what I wanted— no greeting, apology, welcome nothing, and food is often cold or something’s missing, etc. I feel it’s safe to say the management is partly the blame because that’s where the standards, expectations and staff are formed. There’s no reason, in my opinion, for that location to still be open if that’s how they’re going to operate. Unfortunately, a lot of my review is common among the service industry now but just because that’s the case doesn’t mean the custome(s) have to accept it.

Showed up at 12:45 to pick up an order that was placed around 12:30 just to be met with a voice at rhe window saying “were closed we dont have any food”. Ok so why is yalls ordering on? “We dont have any food” ok we’ll can I get a refund then? “We don’t do that”
So let me understand this. You close at 1, you have ordering turned on. You refuse people their order and food then refuse them a refund? What the heck kind of shake down is this?

11 15 2025 at 730pm I went in waited 30 mins for my order. The black lady with red hair skipped me and served me last. She then did not give me a drink carrier for 3 drinks! She didn’t forget to give any of the black people a drink carrier. She threw the food at me and didn’t even tell me it was my order. Just complete ignorance. I do not advise anyone to go to this location. They should be terminated.

When I ordered I requested my order be made fresh. I waited in line 23 minutes for my food and only had 2 cars in front of me. Manager handed me my food and I mentioned to him I was not satisfied with the temperature of my food especially after asking for it to be fresh. Manager argued me down about when they dropped the nuggets and said they dropped them right after I placed my order (at this point my order was placed around 15 mins ago) manager continued to go back and forth insisting the food I just tasted wasn’t cold. Finally he told me to pull forward and wait for them to remake it. I waited about 8 mins for my replacement meal. The manager brought my food out and forcibly gave me my food he then says check to see if it’s hot so we don’t have anymore problems. I checked temperature and said it was hot. Further inspecting food. I found a hair cooked into my chicken nugget.

Sat at the drive through for 10 minutes. Completely incompetent people working there. They literally have no idea what they are doing. Really glad I didn’t eat something they prepared. Shouted obscenities at me when I left the line and drove around. Class act.

Do NOT go here late at night. Got to the window, gave the lady $10 on a $5 order, was yelled at for asking for change, and they refused to give us our money so we gave up. Don’t waste your time
