Just ordered a double cheeseburger like I have done for most of my life at various McDonalds around the world. I was eating mine and was almost done until I tasted something that had the consistency of sand and tasted like mud. Opening the Burger up it looked and felt like sand as well. Hoping I don’t get sick. Won’t be going back.

Very annoyed that almost every single time I go to this McDonalds, they forget something in my order! It’s very frustrating when you get off work at 10pm and get home and realize you don’t have your sandwich or the right size fry you ordered. Their excuse is they are constantly training, well maybe they should have a trained person checking a bag before handing it out the window.

I was one of 3 customers who were inside to order food. The other 2 had their orders in before I came in. I ordered at kiosk since nobody was up front. Unfortunately once again the focus was only on drive thru. I waited 15 minutes for a pancake, a burrito and a coke while they knocked out countless drive thru orders. If this was a drive thru review it would probably be 5 star.

This place deserves its rating.. food was subpar, the employees service seems like they wish they weren’t working here. My food was served cold and gross. I ordered 30$ worth of items and only 1 or 2 items were passable. Absolute disgrace for a McDonald’s but ig it’s expected for a lake orion fast food joint.

I placed my order when I arrived at the restaurant on their app. I was in line at 10:30 on a Sunday morning after my grandson’s flag football game was canceled. I was in line for 20 minutes. Got to the window and confirmed I was the one with the app order. They told me my order was not ready and I had to pull forward. All of the cars in front of me had received their orders on time. I had to pull forward and wait even though I pre-ordered. And the girl at the window was not even concerned one little bit. Not apologetic, No care in the world. Very disappointed. I will never return to this restaurant.
