So I just want to leave a review because a chronic issue that I have had with this location. I have ordered twice from this location and both of the orders were missing the bacon on the bacon quarter meals I’ve ordered. Other than that I haven’t had many issues just remember to always check your food for accuracy when using this location.

I’m so glad I skipped the drive-thru at this location and took my boys in before hitting the road home. The interactive table tops were a fun surprise for my boys. And when a manager noticed my exasperation after realizing I ordered my son’s cheeseburger wrong, she stepped in and offered to make him a new one without my even asking. She won’t know what a blessing she was today for us!

The food is fine. It’s really unhealthy so that’s why it gets the two stars the service it’s fine. It’s always really quick and nice and they’re always polite. The atmosphere it’s usually messy and things around, but overall it’s fine.

-Make sure you double check your order in the drive thru because they obviously don’t.
-Today made the 2nd time (in a row) that my order was missing items.
-The first time, ordered 2 hotcakes and sausage (among other things) only to get home and have no sausage in either hotcakes.
-Today, ordered 2 hotcakes and sausage, 6 breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and a drink.
-While still at the window, checked the hotcakes to make sure sausage was there.
-Got home only to find I was missing 2 of the breakfast sandwiches.
-This is ridiculous….the order is on the screen, they have to look at it to bag it and another at the window should be double checking it.
-Why bother calling to complain…even if they offered to give the stuff, I’d still have to get back into the car and drive back down there (15 miles round trip and about another 30 minutes on the road).

Hey just wanna spread a word of love. The one women at the drive thru with the gray puffy jacket. Just wanna say life might beat you down but understand you’re doing all you can with what you have. Placed a mobile order. When we arrived there was no line. Got to the window. Our food was ready and our iced coffees were not. We had to pull up, and waited 10 min for them to come with the wrong drinks. Waited another 3 minutes and 1 coffee was missing the drizzle that was added. No apologies for the wait time. Not even have a nice day. Handed the drinks and walked away. Once we started to dig in. Both our steak bagel sandwiches were missing the breakfast sauce. The side of bacon we got for our pup was 1/2 cooked. Not wasting our time going back for correction.

This really is kinda a cruddy McDonald’s even on their best day.
It’s impossible to order through the drive through and not wait 10 min parked off to the side. Regardless if you pre-ordered or whatever.
If going inside they are just the cheapest McDonald’s around. Need a refill? Too bad? Ketchup? Not a chance.

I recently visited the McDonald’s in Lake Orion, Michigan, for the first time in about five years. My guilty pleasure lunch of choice was a four-piece nuggets and a medium fry. I was pleased to find that the fries seemed fresh and the nuggets were crispy. The customer service was friendly and efficient. While I admit that this is not the healthiest choice, it was a satisfying meal. It may be a while before I return due to dietary reasons, but for those who are dedicated McDonald’s fans, I recommend checking out the Lake Orion location for a pleasant experience.

All I can say is do not pull forward when you get your order. Take the time to double check your order, especially if you order extra anything.

Service was unbelievably slow. They forgot parts to my order and when I went up to the counter no one was there and I waited for 10 minutes and no one still helped me even though they were still handing out orders. I would not recommend eating here.
