Got the wrong order. I ordered two hamburgers with only lettuce, a medium Coke, and fries. Got one correct burger, and one cheeseburger. They got the drink correct. No receipt, no change back, and the lady at the window wasn’t friendly. I feel cheated.

This place is disgusting. The service is worse. It’s as if the “employees” here are on death row (if you can call them employees, because nobody works). They argue with each other AND customers, I’ve seen them running around in the store chasing each other (if corporate sees this review, go ahead and check cameras around 7:45pm on 4/11 to see for yourself). Trash on every surface. It’s almost 8pm and there are still jelly packets laying on the floor next to a chunk of weave (see photo). The lights in the play place flicker like a horror movie.
When you come in, you a forced to use the “kiosk” which is a stupid piece of junk that should disappear. It takes 3x as long to order and won’t give you a receipt, which employees say “yeah it never does.” They do this so you can’t review their trash restaurant. Employees LITERALLY ignore customers standing there asking direct questions next to a sign that says “customers needing assistance please ask a crew member.”
Upon leaving this place, don’t even try to clean up your mess, because every trash can is packed full.

21:41 last night ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal through the app. Got to the speaker. Gave my order number. They said pull around. Waited 30 minutes getting to the window, then they said they were out of hamburger meat, and asked me to change my order. I said just cancel the order. Girl leaves to get manager. Comes back 10 min later, and says well…. pull around and park and we will cook you a burger in 15 min. I said no. They refused to cancel my order, and i left.

The fries were fresh but not even salted. The oil they were cooked in was probably old because they had a bad taste. And the Big Mac that costs 8.69 for the meal was swimming in sauce. I shouldn’t have to ask for little sauce when basic amount is falling apart because of the amount of sauce. This is quite deplorable. The people at this store don’t want you to come back apparently.

My husband and I stopped by to pick up a mobile order and after they had 4+ cars pull forward, this grown woman working for minimum wage came out yelling at everyone asking what their order was. It was very rude and off putting, it confused me so much so I forgot to clarify the “double” part of my order but told her everything else. After parading around the parking lot with our food, yelling at all of the other cars making it their fault she has to work at Mcdonalds, she came back to our car and asked to see my order. When I told her, she said it was my fault I forgot to tell her “double” because apparently that word makes or break if you hear the rest of my order or not. When I told her that she came out yelling into our car and it startled me a bit, she tried doubling down and being rude about me not knowing my own order (that was ordered ahead and I sat here for 10 minutes waiting on it). If you don’t want to work, don’t work. Nobody is making you flip burgers, babe.

THIS IS THE MOST NASTIEST MCDONALD EVER!!! Taking into account that this is McDonald’s… I don’t expect anything amazing. I expect the basics though. You don’t even get the basics here. Not sure how they have a passing health score when the soda fountains always smell like a dirty mop drain. The employees have mastered the art of avoiding eye contact, the self service kiosks are either off or not working. My last visit I ordered with the app and selected to pick up my order at the to go counter. I waited ten minutes with no sign of my order to be told she called my name three times and she produced a balled up order ticket. I guess if you aren’t there they just throw your food back?
