Absolutely horrible experience! My order wasn’t right and instead of properly remaking the order they just handed me the missing meat patty in a nugget box. Staff was unnecessarily sarcastic about how my mobile order was placed. Refused to get me the shift manager and I had to go back and forth with him just to get the store number. Just an overall nasty attitude. He literally refused to remake my order because “I could just put the meat on myself as well as saying I should’ve just order a regular burger so lt’s less complicated for everyone”…… the audacity. & instead of trying to rectify the situation he continued to argue with me on what I should’ve done.

The cashier told me that they do not have a double cheeseburger meal. Charges me individually for each item. Seems like any sandwich can have a meal price added on. I don’t get it anymore. No meal button to push so it’s not offered. Food was hot and on par so I’ll rest with that.

So impressed with the Easter breakfast they had. The bunny was so kind & patient. The parking lot was completely full but our food was ready in minutes. They brought the food to the table which was so helpful when you have kids. They had a special kids breakfast meal, pancake topping bar for kids, crafts and the bunny. It was really well done. We’ll plan to go again next year if they do it and since this place is close to my work I’ll continue to be a customer. Thank you for offering a fun inexpensive family experience.

I want to say something about the others who work here, and customers who left negative or low reviews First of all the employees here, are amazing to work with, but no one is perfect. WE try our best to serve our customers, and yes it’s important that each person who walk in our doors, or drive thru get quality food, and services, but EVERYONE must remember that the world does not involve around anyone! Those who never work in a restaurant especially at Mickey D’s have NO IDEA… how stressful it can really be. So customers also should have common grace! Because remember WE are the ones who are making your breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Mickey Dee’s? They’re quick drive through, but not when you’re in a hurry Food? It’s fast drive-by, eat on the go. In a pinch, it’ll do. Don’t make a habit of it. Not premier cuisine, and ironically not particularly inexpensive. Not too bad with 2-4-1 coupon. Certainly not a food critic, but who needs to be Chef Boyrde to smell, taste and know what’s good?? In a pinch, go for it. Otherwise take better care of yoursrlf.
