This was a complete joke.
First order: I ordered a McFlurry, a Freeze, a McChicken, and a Vernors. What did I get? Only the McChicken and the Vernors. Half the order missing.
So I placed a second order just to get what they already messed up — a Blue Razz Freeze — and somehow they managed to screw that up too by sending a Diet Coke instead.
That’s two orders, back-to-back, both wrong. Missing items the first time, wrong item the second time. This isn’t a small mistake — it’s pure carelessness. Wasted my time, wasted my money, and left me annoyed and still without what I ordered.
There is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Pulled up to drive through kiosk around 6:50 pm on 12/19/25. Was instantly meet with a young lady trying to take my order with another young male yelling and making noises into the mic at the same time. They both continued laughing and i was unable to make an order due to them being extremely unprofessional and rude. I pulled around to the front and walked in to ask for the manager. After explaining what happened he offered ” a massive discount” for my poor experience. The manager also mentioned that he over heard what was going on over the mic as they were being extremely loud and rude and he did nothing to correct the issue. I told him i would not be ordering any food as I wouldn’t want them to touch any food that I would be eating for fear of them messing with it. These young adults at this location are unprofessional and should not be running this location without someone who is more experienced and wont put up with there BS. I left and drove to a location another 15 min away. I would highly recommend you do the same and visit the location on Cooley lake rd. They were much more pleasant to deal with. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs!!!!

They took the time to scam me. I placed an order on the mobile app. I get to the window and I put my hand out for my receipt. I’ve been doing this forever. Corbin said I didn’t pay. I asked how not? I gave you my code and I watched myself pay on the app. She stated even though sometimes my payment form is there but it doesn’t go through. I told her I never had that problem before. I pay anyways. I get my receipt and it’s NOTHING that I ordered. Employee at second window handed me my correct food. She tells me the food I paid for was for the car behind me. They knew they were wrong and took the receipt for the food I paid for at the window and my debit card and processed a refund. I get home and my bank account says I was charged a third time. ALL THREE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS. I had to call McDonald’s and they don’t see that third charge. Had to call my bank and dispute. ALL BECAUSE THEY HAVE CRAPPY EMPLOYEES. Why are you trying to scam your customers? YES I LEFT A FEEDBACK AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR STUFF I DIDN’T PURCHASE. MAKE IT RIGHT! THANK YOU!!!

My daughter and I rolled up to get a soda, and were pleasantly wowed by Aaron at the drive through window. He was infectious, attentive and greeted us with such an awesome attitude. We were so impressed by how good he made us feel just from that short interaction. Great job Aaron, it was a pleasure to meet you.

Do not go here after morning shift the staff, managers are impossible to deal with, I ordered on the app, McChicken quarter pounder with cheese with no onion fries and a flurry. get to the window and the window order was wrong I got nuggets and fries, I tell them my order is wrong so they had me pull up so they can redo my order I waited there for a while 2 cars pass me food is not out so I pull back around, at the window the managers are telling me that I have to pay for my Mcchicken and quarter pounder, 2 managers later and a staff member that just walks out they finally give me my order but then tells me I have to give back the nuggets and fries because that’s someone else’s order, so they planned to reuse cold food for someone else’s order? Very disappointing

Twice in the drive thru I had employees fooling around, laughing, joking when taking my order. 1st time it happened I was apologized to. 2nd time it happened they acted like they were AI..making ordering as frustrating as possible! You could hear them laughing in background. These people should really take their job at McDonalds seriously because no one else would ever tolerate that kind of immaturity and treatment to their customers. Lesson learned., won’t be back

Cops called and was trespassed for telling the manager they need to run training exercises on their employees. Just got off work after a long shift stopped at this location on my way home to grab some food and head home. Well I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes ok whatever that’s cool. Then a woman says we will be right with you. I replied ok no problem. Two cars roll up to the other drive thru and get service right away. Ok then I said screw or I will just go inside and use the kiosk so I didn’t have to talk to anyone. Ordered chicken nugget meal lg with lg soda and a cheeseburger. Food came up I asked to speak with a manager and the gentleman said I’m a manager on duty how can I help you. I replied with the senecio and he said I’m sorry about that what can I get or do for you. I politely declined and said just give your employees a training exercise on how to operate the drive thru. This lady DISTRICT Manager yells at me for 2 feet away to exit her store now or I will call the cops and have you trespassed. I have done nothing wrong for 4 Waterford police to show up and have this woman come outside to trespass me. I called corporate and spoke to the HR department this is being investigated. That district manager lady with all the tattoos and bad attitude needs a new career and learn how to treat people. I’m appalled with how this woman acted as the face of this company. Can not wait to see the out come of this woman’s actions. People should be held accountable for how they treat and act. Never again will I ever take my hard earned money to this location again. I am trespassed for absolutely nothing at all.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s location around. Used to go to the one on elezibeth lk road every morning for breakfast and they had AMAZING service I have only been disappointed at this location. When it takes over 5 minutes to even take an order at a drive through speaker when there is NO ONE else in line. Kind of pathetic. But then again maybe not the people working fault but management for leaving what looked to be 2 people under 21 to run the entire establishment. Do better honestly pathetic
