I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese through the doordash app. The burger came with no bacon and no cheese. It doesn’t come with lettuce and I didn’t request lettuce, but the burger had lettuce anyway. I tried calling the store twice to complain and the call wouldn’t go through. This is the worst example, however they often don’t put bacon on the burger when I order a bacon quarter pounder.

The line for the drive threw was literally backed up to the street, prbly 10 cars in line. So I decided to go inside. There were just 2 of us inside but for some reason my order took 20 mins!!!! All I had was 2 double cheeseburgers n a drink, thats it. 20 mins I stood there waiting n saw about 15 cars in the drive threw get served before I got my 2 burgers. Why does this place basically ignore the front line? THERE IS ZERO REASON ANYONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 20 MINS FOR 2 BURGERS. Then when I finally got my order 1 of the burgers was missing so I had to go back in. When I said something all I got was an attitude from the kid working there as if itd my fault I waited so long n screwed up my order. Ill never go back here.

I’ve given this location MULTIPLE chances bc it’s the one closest to my house and has the highest rating I’ve seen. That being said, RIDICULOUS. Multiple times my quarter pounders have been near raw in the middle, fries are always cold and room temp, nuggets are never fresh, they always forget something – usually pies, straws or sauce packets. The morning crew is nicer than the evening crew for sure, but I don’t really care about that. I’ve worked fast food and can understand the attitude tbh. But don’t roll your eyes at me when I bring in the burger I ordered PLAIN that you smothered in onions lol

I just want to shoutout Jolay (sorry for spelling), the manager at this location. I called about a burger I received late the other night that was still raw (no blame, I get it) and asked for a remake the next day. She was super delightful when I called on the phone, and when I came in, she was quick to address it, remade the meal, and even stuck a little apple pie in there for the inconvenience. The biggest thing for me was how she greeted me with a smile. This is the exact type of person who you want to represent your company. Keep them and treat them well when you have them, McDonald’s.

malcolm was an excellent person to be on the curbside delivery today. he was very professional and handled everything with excellent customer service, even when the order was incorrect he went above and beyond to make the corrections that were needed.

I visited this McDonald’s for a quick bite after leaving the Pure Ferndale Honda dealership. There was a little bit of a wait to get up the screen at the drive thru, but once I reached the screen, I appreciated the interaction I had with the employee. He was friendly, & had a sly sense of humor. I ordered the #9 (two hamburger meal) with a coke, light ice. Placing my order was easy, & once I reached the first window, I saw the gentleman that I spoke to at the speaker. I believe he was a manager based on his uniform. He definitely does his job well. Once I reached the 2nd window, My order was ready, & it was made correctly. Food was hot, fresh, & tasted good, & my drink (coke) wasn’t diluted either. All in all, very good visit, & good service

So we came here cause the other mcdonalds have really been messing up. The boyfriend order 2 drinks while I went to the restroom. I came out and he was still standing there waiting. So I asked, you just ordered 2 drinks, right, he like yeah but I didn’t get the cups. So then some brat came from the back, mugging everyone, I dont respond to people children. So anyways, after about 12 minutes a lady asked him what he was waiting on, rudely. He was like the 2 drinks you cleared off your board. Never again, I keep telling him just stop messing with yall, he got it now. Mcdonalds is not a happy place anymore. I won’t even take the gbaby to yall, never have, never will!!!!

Visited this location, usually a good experience. Tend to use the app. Yesterday, we just drove through to order. First, he overcharged our order by $2.50. He adjusted it, but why in the first place. We ordered a $5 bag, which was fine, and a kids’ meal. What happened to getting a small fry….what is this size. There were probably 10-15 fries. I’ve never seen a container this small. Kids’ meal is like $7. The $5 bag is a better deal. That size fry would have made sense for the $5 bag with all the other food you get. This was actually ridiculous how small it is.

My burger was discolored and burnt slightly. It seems like when you say no pickles, they don’t put onions on it either. That grinds my gears… The fries were nice and hot but my burger just didn’t look right. I think I’m just going to put McDonald’s down all together because it just doesn’t taste the same as back in the day….
