This location is THEEE WORST!!! It doesn’t even deserve a star. I ordered a pizza as you see. Got it home, only to wonder where the cheese was on half my pizza!? We then went back to address the issue with the MANAGER. He was RUDE!! Used lines, “is this well enough to please you!?” Then also tossed the order at us. This management has always been disrespectful to its customers. Fix it!!!!!

My husband and I decided to eating here 11/25 around 6:20PM. We don’t normally go into fast foods places to eat but tonight we wanted to. Good luck trying to eat in peace .. all you’ll hear is some broad yelling at her employees to “never do” certain things. One guy working had accidentally dropped something on the floor and she walked by him as he was making food and said “never let that happen again”. Then she’s going off about something happening at midnight. Her crap is just laying out at one of the tables yet she has the audacity to talk to her staff the way she did? We were there for 30 minutes and she was being so incredibly rude to every single staff member. A customer came in to order something and the same gentleman who was making food started helping the customer. That bossy lady decided to go in behind the gentlemen helping pointed her finger and said “now go wash your hands” as if he wasn’t capable to help the customer. This review is for someone higher up to do something because if I worked under that lady I’d quit instantly. Also put food was cold, trashes were full, and nothing was stocked. So maybe instead of yelling at your employees maybe stock stuff… picture of the lady below for reference. She’s the one not wearing her hair back and has the colored shirt on.

From the moment I walked in, it smelled awful, nothing like food. The soda machine was disgusting, covered in mold; I can’t imagine what it must be like inside. The kitchen looked so dirty, the whole floor was filthy and sticky, the tables were dirty, and the bathroom was completely filthy. Your manager that is on tonight working the counter was rude and did not know anything about managing! Ignorant lady! This is what you’re eating! I’m filing a complaint with health dept. Food and trash everywhere. This ignorant manager does not care if you get sick. Pictures do it justice because in person it was much worse! That lady owes me an apology.

Not only have they replaced both registers with kiosks the won’t even acknowledge the customers standing there. my son ordered on of their cantina chicken burritos to find wilted vegetables and what appeared to be gristle cut from chicken but zero chicken to speak of. we spoke with the manager who insisted on us coming back to get a replacement just to be collared st from the back from someone saying they are “catching up” and we along with several others waited for over 45 minutes before we got tired of waiting and left along with the rest of the customers. this is the third attempt at their restaurant and if it’s not blatantly being absent over the intercom in the drive thru or the unwelcome vibe from being present in their lobby at all the owner should find better management or retrain them from scratch.

This Taco Bell is peak.
I haven’t checked out much of the stuff on the menu but that $5 classic box is an amazing deal. You can get a beefy 5 layer, soft taco, drink and Cinnamon Twists which is crazy. The food is usually good, every once in a while is eh but 85% of the time it’s good. But when they mess it up it sucks. Ruins the whole meal. Service is also really good, the driver through cashiers are always nice. It also is usually pretty quick to get your food unless you have a family 8 in front of you.
But yeah overall this is a pretty good Taco Bell! Would recommend!

I had placed an order for pick up in the drive-thru, but when I got there and saw 10+ cars in line, I decided to just go in and up to the counter instead. Gabriel, who I believe was the manager on duty, was so sweet and helped me get that changed quickly. Because of how packed it was both inside and in the drive-thru, there was a bit of a wait to get my food, but it was honestly faster than I had anticipated. When my order was ready, he was honest and open about the fact that they were scrambling tonight, so he encouraged me to double check my order before leaving. Everything was there in perfect condition in spite of his concern. I ended up deciding to grab a drink as well before I left, and when I went up to the counter, Gabriel was so sweet and comped it for me “because of the long wait time” for my order. Such a great experience! Already love Taco Bell for their delicious food at an incredible price. Getting to interact with Gabriel, though, was a much appreciated and pleasant surprise. He has to be one of the nicest, friendliest, and happiest food service workers I’ve ever met. Thank you for a great customer experience tonight!

Went to eat here tonight after being treated horrible by a Cafe in Vernon. The team here was pleasant and accommodating. They had a customer being very rude to the general manager and he handled it perfectly. I am a buisness owner and I pay very close attention to how people treat others. Everyone that works for this manager should be very appreciative and proud to be here. I am grateful for everyone here. Thank you so much.
