Zero stars. Sent husband inside to order BEFORE breakfast was done being served. Since they took so long to make the order incorrectly, when I went back up to inform them I ordered a biscuit not a mcgriddle I was RUDELY informed by the employee that my husband ordered wrong and magically there was no more breakfast or way to make it right. Pretty sure she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up. Absolutely ridiculous.

Double check you have your monopoly stickers I’ve been shorted about 7 so far on stuff that it was suppose to be on like hash browns, sausage McMuffin, chicken buscuit and sausage Egg McMuffin. One day I’ll get them and it has it then the next it’s missing it. So I know it’s suppose to have them and I only got McDonald’s for the monopoly game so pretty disappointing they arnt doing it fairly.

Ordered via door dash while I sit in a medical treatment center. They never put a straw in the bag for the drink, this is the 4th time in about 6 weeks. This morning I ordered a sausage burrito. It was absolutely tiny. 1 piece of sausage in the whole thing. The package of hot sauce was the same width. Utterly ridiculous.

There are only three Mcdonalds that I go to in Monroe on Telegraph, Trenton on West rd., and the one in Brownstown onGiblater rd. I rarely ever have issues, food is always fresh tasting, and the staff is always friendly.

The McNuggets I ordered were horrendous and the fries tasted like they’ve been sitting for hours and then microwaved, I had no choice but to toss them out instead of taking the risk of getting sick, these workers must’ve been wanting to get fired and you know what, that is McDonald’s for you cause it’s always the downfall and you get what you pay for.

We called ahead of time a few times to make sure we could do an online order for breakfast while at work and they said yes that we would still be able to receive the mobile breakfast order when we arrive as long as the orders placed before breakfast is over, we get there at 1030 and they told us they can’t because they don’t start an ONLINE order until the customer arrives, what’s the point of an ONLINE order if your still not starting said order until they get there. Just a very poor way to run a store in my opinion. I work at a coffee shop and we start online orders THE SECOND we get them to assure the customer can pull through and it be ready right away. I’m very disappointed in the McDonald’s Trenton and will make sure none of us spend our money there ever again -_-

Look..it’s fast food. But ffs, they could at least try. Stale chicken, most of the toppings were in the box and not on the sandwich, the tomatoes looked like they belonged in the garbage, and the buffalo sauces I asked for were burst open in the bottom of the bag. I mean the bar is already set low for McDonald’s but come on now
