I come here daily, lines are getting too long and they dont take order in order, they will do 3 cars on one side and then start the other. Even if none of them are waiting and other cars are. Just doesn’t make sense, I just leave when they skip over me and go somewhere else but it’s getting to the point that I am leaving more than staying. Food is alway a good quality

The people that served us were really nice but the restaurant itself is very questionable. Saw a roach crawling across the floor and my family and I brought the kids to the playplace and the playplace area smells like straight sewer. Ive come to this location a few times but mostly drive thru. Until they do some massive cleaning – I dont think Ill be back to this location for awhile.

Ordered breakfast online at 10:12 but because I pulled up at 10:32 (long drive thru line) they apparently can’t give me the food I ordered and paid for 20 minutes ago. Manager was rude about it too.

Gotta love getting an entirely moldy burger. Employees had to have seen the mold and still decided to serve it. Absolutely disgusting. Shame on them. Sure the health department loves visiting this place

People that are working there need more training done, extremely slow. Had to wait 25min for that order. It happens all the time in that location not just time. Also the employees are rude, after waiting 25min still couldnt get the order correct.

I went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered 2 burgers, fries, and a drink. All was well, until I got the wrong food. I noticed it was wrong as I pulled away. So, I pulled over and brought it in. The lady who helped me was nice. But when she told the team in the back that I had the wrong order, someone decided to say very loudly, “then why did she take the bag?” I immediately responded with “because you gave it to me”. Excuse me? I was shocked. I don’t work at McDonald’s. I don’t automatically know what my bag should look like. It is my job to order and pay, it is their job to give me the correct order. I was so nice about it, because I’ve been working in customer service for a very very long time and I understand mistakes are made. But making me feel bad for spending my money on food and wanting the things I ordered is abhorrent behavior. I don’t know what you all need to do to make your employees not miserable, but you’d better do it soon. This is my 3rd bad restaurant experience in about 2 weeks. It’s never been this bad and until you as a company start paying your employees better and giving them better benefits, this is only going to get worse and people will stop coming. I do not want to be disrespected when I’ve done nothing wrong just because employees are unhappy. I would rather pack a lunch from now on.
