Arrived at Icy-N-Spicy and we were immediately greeted by Martha. She was pleasant, helpful and ready to serve up their delicious ice cream.

Martha offered us the chance to sample multiple flavors and patiently awaited our order.

I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Strawberries and my husband ordered a large cup with 3 scoops of Cookies & Cream, Biscoff Cookies and Strawberry Cheesecake. They were all amazing!

We will definitely be back!

We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday at Icy-N-Spicy in Miami Beach, and it was absolutely fantastic! Sol and Azul went above and beyond for our group — they made nine milkshakes and waffle croissants without missing a beat. Everything tasted incredible, and they handled our big order with so much patience, kindness, and skill.

The service was amazing, the treats were delicious, and the whole experience made the celebration even more special. Highly recommend this place and a huge shoutout to Sol and Azul for making it unforgettable!

Been here twice now, first time last year, now this year. The craftsmanship for preparing these elaborate shakes is crazy good, and very tasty. The sweet lady, Tatiana, who served my friend and I was polite and quick to make our shakes. Definitely come here when you’re down here on Ocean Drive.

I went in with high expectations, especially for their ice cream, but it didn’t really live up to the hype. The flavors were okay, but they could have been much better. A lot of them rely on food coloring and artificial flavoring, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it feels more hyped than exceptional. It’s worth trying once for the experience, but not something I’d go out of my way for again.
