I just want to say everyday in life is not smooth but it’s the effort we put forth to get through that matters and Manager Shante is proof of that. When the team got slammed this evening with in store, drive thru and mobile orders she provided verbal guidance, hand on support and even updated her customers and expressed her sincere apology and making sure to get us our food as well as She was under pressure and was not rude or dismissive. Right now America needs all the kindness, patience and empathy …after the pandemic bog corporations seem to no longer care about the customer experience because we went years without one but kept spending . Today the leadership, team work and effort I witnessed showed nothing but unity and results ! Job well done

Average. Sometimes they only have Sprite. No whipped cream for frappes other times. No hot mustard once for nuggets. Systems were down once they refused to bust out a calculator & add up tax on a 6$ online value meal. (Just went down the street, they were happy to have the business).

Nuggets are always delicious, fries are usually pretty good.

From what I’ve gathered, it sounds like management may need to figure out ordering & the customer’s experience would improve immensely.

I wish I could put NEGATIVE stars!! The people preparing the food had NO gloves and were dropping F bombs left and right. It took them 10 minutes AT LEAST to give us our food and then an extra 5 because they did not put everything I ordered in the bag. I honestly did not think a simple happy meal was so difficult. I stood there waiting so I could explain it and the guy finally looked over his shoulder (not walk over) and he smiled, laughed, and said, “I’m not explaining that to you!” Then proceeded to call another person over. Absolutely DISGUSTING!! The lady giving out the food called out a number for another person and did not wait 5 seconds before screaming at her if she knows her numbers.
What the actual hell did we just walk into!?

Mcdonald’s really need to do away with pulling people out of the drive thru to better their numbers. I waited over 10 minutes as the 4th person and no one received their orders. I finally just left. I don’t blame the employees, just the policy.

I went in today ordered 3 happy meals and 4 double cheese burgers. Paid 29.71 when they call me for my food they tried to give me ine happy meal that had been soaking in whatever was spilled all over the counter when you lifted the box it fell apart and 2 cheese burgers . When I asked where the rest of my food was told me thats all im getting and walked away. I had to ask 3 times for some help and was ignored when I loudly said excuse me to get someone’s attention I asked how does one happy meal and 2 cheese burgers come to almost $30 short white guy gonna ask me why im yelling . Excuse me for having to talk loud to get your attention after I was ignored over n over but wheres the rest if my order and as for the meal sitting on the counter soaking wet im not accepting that. He then told me he was just going to refund my order and I could leave because he didnt appreciate being talked to like that. Im sorry you dont like to be questioned on where good is I ordered after your staff told me I was not getting anything else and told im not feeding soaking wet slop to my child. No never again will I go there. Worst experience ever

Just horrible! I work near this location and I’ve been here four times already and they just can’t get it right. They give you what they want to give you and not what you ask for. If I ask for fresh fish and fries, why not give me what I’m paying for?? Never again.

I ordered a coffee and sausage McMuffin at 10:20 thru the app. We all know breakfast ends at 10:30 and this is close to that time. I sat in the drive thru spot 1 until 10:40 waiting. Store was not busy at all. I ended up just driving off because I didn’t even want the food at that point. 1 sandwich can’t take this long. Bad service here.

I went through the drive through I was the only one I heard wait a min baby then a car pulled up in the other lane they took that order first and I was still waiting they finally took my order after they took another car before me I ordered 2 sausage biscuits with cheese took them 15 min and then my food was cold I won’t be going back there this is a terrible McDonald’s

They really need to shut this McDonald’s down. Every time I come here the fries are overcooked, nuggets are brick hard and the customer service is terrible! I waited over 30 minutes for my meal after they asked me to park at number 1 and wait for fries. I continued to watch them hand everyone else their food, people that came after me. After asking for my food over 3 times I eventually asked for a refund. And absolutely no remorse. I don’t know how anyone is even coming here anymore considering how terrible they are to the customers. Do better.

I usually come here, I live in the area. The morning crew is amazing. Very nice people, always gets my order perfectly! I came to this location at 9:30 PM on June the 9th. I guess they close at 10. They stopped taking orders early, They took off their Headsets. I witnessed this with my own eyes. I pulled up to the window and three employees were standing in the office, turning their backs and laughing when they saw me at the window. One employee kept looking up to see if I was still at the window. Then they ran from the office like I didn’t see them. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before when I was younger and I know this is not how you conduct business . I stood in the drive thru for at least 10 min. They could have at least came to the window and said “we are closed”. But no….No interpersonal skills present, No customer service skills, No integrity, No self-awareness, No humanity, & No care for other people (paying customers with families to feed) and their time. Usually I’d let people vibrating at a low frequency not get to me, it usually wouldn’t be this deep. However this is unacceptable behavior. I felt urged to write a review and hopefully a store manager or corporate will review it. I took two pictures. The first picture is one of the employees crouched down in the office trying to hide. The second picture is of customers waiting at the speaker, not getting their orders taken. This is not cool. I think the whole night crew needs to rewatch those training videos.
