Everytime I come here and order through the drive thru they tell me to pull up to the front to wait for my food. Its not like I order a lot of food or something difficult and it barely be any customers here. I understand this place has bad reviews for the speed of the drive thru so they are cutting trying to pull cars and then bring the food out to you but you’re still waiting 15 20 minutes for your food. All my lunch time is gone

I don’t know where to begin with this, but I will say that this is the worst customer service that I have had in many many years of going in and out of establishments whether it be fast food or sitdown restaurant. The look of the stain that is on the woman’s face that’s supposed to be working the counter, but hasn’t walked up once is incredible. We waited over 25 minutes for a mobile order standing in a room where there was not one human being when we walked. Suddenly there are six people standing in the lobby, and everyone is complaining… one of the customers just told us “I know not to come to this one, and I still came in to give it a shot. I’m regretting it”. Pimple picking from the fry guy while we are watching, dirty looks, and not one employee and rendered an apology to any person standing here. What a train wreck.

I ordered breakfast. My sausage edges were burnt as were the edges of my mcmuffin. My egg tasted like it was bad. I order here often and normally things are good. This was a horrible experience and the fact that I had to park and wait for it made it even worse.

We came to the McDonalds to grab a quick breakfast at the drive through with quick and pleasant customer service, but the reason I felt moved to leave this review was the fact that they went above and beyond!
My twin 4 year olds were so upset that it was breakfast and they couldn’t have their favorite, French Fries. John saw they were crying and took the time to make each of my three kids fresh fries out of the kindness of his heart. That small gesture made such a huge positive impact on the rest of our day and just reminded me that there are more good hearted people in my community than not. Thanks John!

I honestly hate this location. Every time I come I am asked to wait on my order. I am writing this as I sit and wait for the quarter pounder they drug thru oil before putting it on the buns. So much oil I it and saw a small collection of oil in the corner of the box!! The bread was SOAKED IN OIL. What’s going on at this location. Poor service, poor food, poor attitudes smh. Tried calling the customer care and like the restaurant POOR SERVICE

Second Chances
The employees are always nice. I now live within walking distance of this McDonald’s, which makes me keep going, but after today I think I’m done with McDonald’s overall. Every time I go here my fries are lukewarm. I asked for straight out the grease fries 2x and still managed to hand me lukewarm fries. So I tend to always throw all my fries away but today I was eating in the dark and didn’t realize that my burger was not done at all. It’s disgusting. I pray i don’t get sick since i had eaten nearly the whole sandwich before i turned the lights on and saw it.

I pull into the drive though, a human sounding voice plays, asks if im using the app, and before i can say no, it says to go ahead and place my order. Before i can get out the first syllable of the word ‘number’, a different voice cuts me off and says ‘one second please’. In its hyper-obsessed struggle for efficiency, McDonalds has completely lost sight of the value of customer experience, just as the cashier lost sight of my bumper as i drove to subway to get lunch. McDonalds, if you arent ready to take the order, dont ask what it is. Save the sorry, just fix it. Or dont, i dont care, i wont be back either way. The food, the service, the atmosphere, the price is all garbage. In theory, ‘fast’ is the only remaining value here, but i can get better food, faster at gas stations at this point.

We went through the drive thru today to get a McFlurry. It was $4.75 for some soft serve ice cream and a few mini M&Ms thrown on top. It was not mixed at all. Very disappointed. Service was marginal at best. No personal greeting at the drive thru, not total given (so I could get the correct amount ready before I got to the window), couldn’t understand what was said for the total, no receipt and disappointing preparation of the McFlurry.

I went in the drive thru and I thought I heard the lady say to go to the second window. I was kinda confused because there was someone already at window one, so I thought maybe there was a problem with their thing. So I went to window two. The manager, Kenny, yelled at me. He said I was cutting. I explained I was told to go, and would be okay waiting in one of the reserve spots. But he continued to yell (and I literally mean yell) saying it was too late and how it has to be done all over. Also they got my order wrong.

I called about it, was promised a call back from the general manager, but I never got one. I will be disputing my charge with my bank.
