Food was barely warm. We got a happy meal and a fish sandwich. Fries were room temp. Happy meal same. My fish sandwich was warm. Hate the fact that you have to put your order in using the computer. Very little contact with anyone. We need contact with other people. Would not go here again.

Never been in a MD like this. Waited 25 minutes for cold food. Three people actually working about 5 sitting taking a break smoking, Now why are they on break with a busy store?. The drive thru were getting their food, quick as could be. They didn’t care about us dine in. Won’t be back. Will encourage others not to stop at this particular MD.

Terrible service and food. Went through the drive thru and ordered two Mcrib meals and asked for ketchup and salt. Recieved no ketchup or salt. Mcriba were actualy sour! Been to a lot of other locations and had a bunch of Mcribs and this was a first. Tried again and went i side to order. Horrible service, fries were stale and quarter pounder actually had soggy bread. I wouldn’t return if they offered free food. Pickles on Mcrib are a joke.

As I was waiting 15 minutes for my food, there was a lady walking through the kitchen with her thick curly hair down. The people bagging orders were not wearing gloves and there were flies flying all over the counters and it looked as if they were filling drive thru drinks with ice out of a bathroom trash can.. not even the worst yet.
As we were dining in because we didn’t want to get the car covered in food with 2 young children. The tables were not cleaned off, and there was BLOOD on one!!!
Tho place was absolutely disgusting and WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Unfortunately, my 2nd attempt at this location was no better. Cold food and soggy, half cooked fries.
I ordered a collector cup meal on the app.
The app would not load a full menu. The order was processed quickly. However, the food was cold, and the French fry container was only half full. The fries were not thoroughly cooked & were very cold. The sandwich had a hard bun & cold burger patty. I will not return to this location!

I placed a pretty straightforward order for a Bacon McDouble and a large fry at 1:10 PM. There was only one customer ahead of me. However, I didn’t receive my order until 1:27 PM. When they handed it to me, they explained that they had to wait for fresh fries. Disappointingly, after driving away, I discover that the fries were actually cold. It’s rather concerning when a simple order like mine gets screwed up. I’d hate to think what that other customer received.

Friendly staff BUT on today’s visit we walk in and a manager is picking at her teeth with her finger, then a cook comes out front to use the restroom with his pants sagging and hands dirty, he looked like he had been working on cars all day and to top it off the same manager was picking her nose when we left. SMH the restaurant needs a good scrubbing top to bottom!

Gave 3 stars for slow service , but the atmosphere wasn’t great . It was like a jailhouse reunion with employees standing in the customer area telling loud stories and cussing loudly. Not appropriate for a business.
