Just sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes and no answer. Then watch the one car pull up in the other lane and order. I proceed to wait a couple more minutes saying hello into the speak to no avail. I pull up to the first window and not a soul in sight. I pull up to the second window and I waited a couple minutes and once again nobody’s there. So I had to go in and get my mobile order carry out instead of drive through because nobody would take my order from my mobile app.
Update: The app said they was open until 11:00 but as I tried to walk up into the dining room to get my drive through order there’s a sign on the door saying it closed at 10:00.

Only 1 car in front of me in the drive thru & it took 15 solid minutes for the car in front of me to get their food. They didn’t have the driver pull into a space to get their (complicated) order. Just had to wait while the line behind me grew and grew. And – bonus – I specifically chose McDonalds bcuz I wanted a hot Mocha. They said their espresso machine has been broken for 2 weeks!!! I had to settle for a cold Coke instead. I rarely use this McDonalds & the last 2 times have been terrible experiences. I won’t be going back!!!☹️

Drive through, 930 at night sat in drive through for 10 minutes for 2 cheese burger meal, behind 3 other cars. Not sure what was going on but when I got my food thought better eat it sooner to be warmer find it almost cold and had ketchup everywhere, I was very angry over that mess driving.
Then here they come wanting to talk about it sends a link with a bunch of pick from drop downs, that does not comply with anything discussed here, true corporate BS.

We stopped at McDonald’s in Danville, IN, for a late lunch. We ordered the double cheeseburger $5 meal deal and the McChicken $5 meal deal to eat in the restaurant. They forgot to include the 4 nuggets with each meal, so I had to go back to the counter to get them. Then when we went to get our drinks, there was no option for ice tea! So we had to settle for pop, which we haven’t drank in years!

The food was McDonald’s you get what you pay for, but the service and lack of motivation on the drive-thru is wild. Attitude from the girl that was at the window giving food out and then had us go wait in a parking spot for over 10 minutes. It’s 2 happy meals.

I order breakfast on the app at 10:20 wait in line just to be handed a coffee at 10:31 because it’s too late to serve breakfast. I work 80 hours a week and don’t have time to stop anywhere else. My wife and I eat here 3-4 times a week. I will be finding another location outside of this ownership group to spend money at.

Half the employees standing around doing nothing and screwing around while the other half pick up the work of others not working. Food is undercooked and horribly greasy. Also one employee giving free food out to one of her friends. Would not recommend this place.
