I eat here at least 3-4x a week and these were ny far the worst wings I’ve ever had. The bloody fork broke bc they were so hard. I tried to grab the bar keeps attention to show her but bc I wasnt drinking she didnt care. I just dont understand why kindness and basic decency is so hard. My name is reef, maybe you can make it up to me w some basic kindness. 0/10 for this meal. Even the sprite wasnt refilled bc it wasn’t liquor. Some sober people eat, too, mate.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich to-go. When I got there, the waitress was very nice and even knew that my order had just came up. The food, however, was not up to par. I typically order spicy chicken sandwiches as my go-to when I first eat at a restaurant to get a feel for how the rest of the food will taste (I thought, you can’t really mess up a chicken sandwich). Unfortunately, I was wrong. This sandwich tasted like it was drenched in oil and was so heavy and uncomfortable. The chicken sandwich didn’t taste of quality and honestly tasted like a popeyes chicken sandwich, which I dread going to just due to the heaviness of the sandwich. I didn’t think that coming to a restaurant it would taste the same as a fast-food place. I would’ve gone there and saved a few dollars if I knew it would be the same quality. I’m afraid to taste the wings now.

I’ve been to six different Buffalo wild wings in the past two weeks and five different states, Kevin, the bartender at this one made this one the best I’ve been too by far. NY, DE, FL, MD sorry to say PA takes the cake! I will definitely be back to this location again. Big props to Kevin the bartender, thank you for the amazing hospitality and service it was a pleasure!

I don’t like giving bad reviews but I don’t have a good experience. They had some massive issues with online orders so my food took 45 minutes to be ready. Some other people had been waiting over an hour. Then this is what my food looked like. It all tasted good

Last night, my daughter and I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Glen Mills. The evening started slowly. Very slowly. After more than 20 minutes, I had to flag down a server to take our order, only to be offered fries so cold and weary-looking that the waiter, to his credit, reordered them without being asked. His embarrassment was palpable, and honestly, human.

The wings I requested—fried hard, well-done, confirmed three separate times—were neither. I didn’t eat them. Dessert, which I had preordered along with my entree, arrived very late and proved to be the final plot twist: a cookie that was both charred and raw, a culinary paradox no one asked for. At this point, the waiter could only sigh. He apologized repeatedly and explained that he had already requested a manager, knowing full well how far off the rails the evening had gone.

So we waited. And waited.

Eventually, I went to the front of the restaurant and asked multiple employees for a manager. Each time, they disappeared into the back, never to return—like understudies who forgot their cues. When a man finally approached the area, he walked past me to seat other guests, although a host was already present. Then he almost walked past me again. I stopped him and asked if he was the manager.

He was. His name was Tyler.

Tyler confirmed he knew our table wanted to speak with him but explained he was busy dealing with broken glass in the kitchen. Fair enough—except I had just watched him perform host duties and walk past my table where my adult daughter remained seated alone, still waiting. When I explained this, Tyler became defensive. There was no apology and no acknowledgment of neglect.

When I attempted to describe the issues with our meal, not once raising my voice, he cut me off. “Your meal is on me. No need to pay.” And with that, he walked away.

It felt less like a resolution and more like a dismissal. As though comping the meal absolved him of listening, responsibility, or basic courtesy. I was no longer a guest—just an inconvenience to be cleared.

I could have left it there. After all, the meal cost me nothing. But this review isn’t just for future customers. It’s for Tyler, on the off chance he ever reads it.

People don’t come to restaurants solely for food. (I can cook at home.) They come to be cared for, even briefly. Hospitality isn’t about perfection; it’s about presence. In service, how you serve matters just as much as what you serve.

Tyler, if you choose not to have a heart for people, food service—and certainly restaurant leadership—is not the right place for you. As for me, I won’t be back. But I do hope you pause long enough to consider the work you’re doing and whether it is truly where you want to be. Some jobs require speed. Others require skill. Hospitality requires both—and something harder to teach: humanity. Last night, that was the one thing missing from the menu. Be well.

Made a mobile order on a not so busy night. Got a good deal online that I couldn’t pass up (BOGO burgers offer since it was a Monday night). I got to the restaurant precisely when my receipt said my food would be ready and it was already in the pick-up area; couldn’t have been there long because the bag was burning hot. The hatch Chile burger was so good I couldn’t even save the second one for the next day like I planned. It comes with a good choice of toppings and sauce on it that made it the perfect level of spicy without being overpowering and unenjoyable. 2 burgers and 2 orders of fries was about $17 with the BOGO offer on the website.

This is a wonderful place, I was never once disappointed. Always nice ambiance, good service and food quality. The House Sampler we ordered was so filling and everything is delicious. The margarita is yummy as well . Spicy garlic and Thai curry sauce is the best.

Clean restaurant and clean bathrooms. Place wasn’t really busy but it was earlier on a Monday. Food came out quick and tasted good. Service was prompt and professional. Lots of room in the bar area. Lots of parking.

When eating, the food tasted very odd, the sauce on the wings tasted very vinegary as if separating or something. Sauces I’ve had previously didn’t taste the same… I got a 20 piece boneless with four different sauces, pieces were either overly drenched with sauce or little to no sauce. My husband had gotten a few classic wings that the box was soggy there was so much sauce! Not his cup of tea I don’t blame him, having the right amount of sauce is crucial to wings! Great potion of BWWs fries which are the best! I think that was the best part of the meal unfortunately not the best experience with the wings at this location for takeout. I may give it another shot for Glen Mills but it’s hard to compare when I’ve had wonderful experiences at the Downingtown location. Will see!
