This is the most popular fast food place in Salem. They care about the community member’s, and employees! They even are often involved in community services that positively impact us locals. Like the local shop with a cop program! In turn they really do have many loyal customers, so if you arrive during peak times you may pull forward in drive thru. That’s a good sign in my opinion! Even so it’s always quick!! Food has always been perfect, and they will take special requests, like fresh fries 😉 ! Employees all work very very hard, and it’s always clean inside, and out! The atmosphere created by the employees at this location make it great! All around it’s an asset to our tiny town for many reasons! Thank you Salem McDonald’s for being awesome!

This mcdonald’s is by far the worst one ive ever been to. Every time I’ve went there the last couple months the order has been wrong. I just spent almost 40 dollars on an order and half of it was missing. Id give this store 0 stars if it was an option. I will never waste my time or money on the salem mcdonald’s ever again.

Rating based on the fact it is a McDonalds, it is a good McDonalds.
Employees did not seem to mind the fact we ordered 20 double cheeseburgers, 24 nuggets, and a load of slushies. Service was exceptionally fast compared to other McDonalds where similar orders have been placed.
Only problem I had in the visit was the parking lot has some sharp turns that my truck is too obnoxiously long to handle.
-Polite staff.

-Sketchy parking for bigger vehicles

The high point was the person who waited on us. She was wonderful. The low point was the fries. However, at this McDonald’s you can actually get waited on at the counter and can get refills in the dining area. They do have kiosks if you want them. Service was fast, too. Restrooms and dining area were clean.

I order a large iced coffee a few times a week at this place and usually they do it good but today they charged me for my large and rang up a large on my screen (I used a code for a discount on a large iced coffee) when I get to the pick up window some little blonde girl gives me a medium and I showed her my receipt and code that it was a large and she refused to fix it and says ” I’m sorry ma’am, you’re paying for the extra stuff and getting part of it for Free anyway and shut the window!” So now I have to go somewhere else

Placed my order using the app. It was cooked correctly and everything was there. Got a sausage biscuit and an iced coffee. They were exactly what you expect to get at a McDonald’s location. The only problem is the drive-thru moves really slow during peak times at this particular location. I mean really slow. Outside of peak hours you can zip through pretty quickly.

Went through Drive Thru at 115pm ordered Cheeseburger xtra onion small fry drink. Opened cheeseburger and of course had NO ONIONS. Tired of letting incorrect food orders go with economy and prices cannot let it go by. I take it back inside where I had the PLEASURE MANAGER STEPHANIE, She took the same cheeseburger that I brought back in and as u can see added picture added an astronomic amount of onions to it. Which I thought since Covid they have to make them fresh. Right?? Then she wants blame the other employee that took the burger to her say she told her just to add to the one that was made. Then she said I cursed at her which was a complete lie when u have 3 witnesses that I’m sure would agree that she was not saying the truth. GET BETTER MANAGERS MCDONALD S ONES THAT DO NOT LIE.

Canceled my mobile order when I was there. Tried to get me to pay for my drinks but cancel my food. And when I asked to cancel the drinks as well the lady said “ I don’t know how to do that”. And I had to pay for my drinks…. Awful service, nasty women, and no professionalism
