Easily the best place you will find in Syracuse for clean caffeine and protein shakes! The drinks are so good, the staff is so friendly, and the environment is incredibly welcoming. They are often adding more to their menu and including the community in all they can do. You won’t be disappointed by stopping in!!

Use to be one of my go to’s … just visited, was the only person in line, everyone acted like they were too busy to deal with me from not being greeted at all, to being rushed at the cash register when ONE person was behind me.

It was all wonderful until one of the employees added too much ice to my drink when I asked for light ice. They then had to modify the drink somehow but “should still taste the same”.
Drink ended up having no ice. I asked if they could just make the drink over; instead, ice is added and I’m given a second cup with the additional drink now in it. Seriously? hopefully it saved you some $ I suppose. Not necessarily great customer service and quite disappointing. Will not return.

This is a front for Herbalife. The owner will also treat people like crap who are critiquing the products and used distraction tactics to remove accountability from herself. Myself and at least five other customers will not be eating here anymore.
