I want to give a huge shoutout to Antonio, the manager at Waffle House. He was incredibly pleasant from the moment I walked in and he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Out of all the Waffle Houses I’ve ever been to, he is by far the best manager I’ve encountered. His professionalism, kindness, and the way he handles his store sets him apart. Waffle House is lucky to have him!

Our service was excellent and the food was served quickly and nicely. The waitress met us at the door and greeted us personally. My wife had an issue with her steak (slightly undercooked) but they went back and cooked it to perfection. Our waitress was very attentive and we were served well. My food was perfect and we would totally come back again. I had a double waffle and country ham. It seemed at first that the ham was cooked awkwardly, but it was fine.

Today I had a terrible experience. The waitress made my order very complicated, went over the cook and acted like she wasn’t in the know about my order. She told the cook things like, “I guess. I don’t know.” BTW, I only switched the hash browns for grits on the Two Egg Breakfast & Breakfast Side Meat. Fast-forward, food items were burned and my chicken sausage was sliced in half to appear to be 2 separate pieces.
Last time I came, there was a different cook, female on the short side, and she was amazing both food and service!

I go to mult Waffle Houses and I get the hash brown bowl from everywhere and they mix it except this one. So by the time I get home the food isn’t mixed and everything is stuck together by cold cheese so it doesn’t mix at all. I went in today and asked them to stir it and I saw the server ask the cook to mix it and he said what does that even mean. So if you have a cook that doesn’t know what mixing is y’all have an issue. Food is great other than I have to warm up my food when I get home to mix it so it actually mixes properly. Will be calling in the morning to complain because this is crazy and always happens even when I ask.

Charged 7 dollars for a cheese omelet and 3 dollars for a cup of coffee ,prices are ridiculous last year I swalled a little plastic stick that was in a piece of chocolate pie ,should have sued them then but was nice enough not to but they are totally overcharging people and are very rude I asked for a cheese omelette and the waitress got mad and asked me if I wanted chili on it ,I told her I was not pregnant and she walked off mad
