Dirty, dirty, dirty. Had to ask for a rag to wipe down a table as they were all filthy and the floor was littered with trash. all around. The food was ok, the burger was cool, and the chicken was warm. No cleaning standards, none. The kitchen was disgusting . Even worse than any major city, which is an accomplishment .

I have been here before and it a pretty nice place. JJs was doing some remodeling but still was able to get in and out without any issues. I’m not a McDonald’s fan but it’s easy and quick. Usually has plenty of parking.

Was just in drive thru a few minutes ago. A lady looking super mad just came outside and put a temporary closed sign on the drive thru speaker due to being short staffed. Well maybe if you paid your employees what they’re worth and appreciated them more you wouldn’t have these issues.

I would love to give this road stop 5 stars but the lobby was kind of dirty and very small. Very cute though. It’s a tad more expensive. They even charge 50 cents for Mac sauce, but over all not a bad experience. Peru in general was nice to vist.

I wish that every single fast food joint in America didnt absolutely drown everything in every condiment known to man , theres no way to avoid making a giant mess on the go when 2 gallons of ketchup mustard and 56 pickles are pouring out of every orifice of every burger they make …..I get it , sounds like a karen whinin about 1st world problems but I dont live in the 3rd world so why do they insist on giving me a burger from some hog squalor in the 3rd world …you could tell em plain till you turn different shades of purple n blue n red outta sheer frustration anf theyll still hand you food thats just absolutely drenched in ketchup , drowned in mustard and pouring out of the thing all over you , your car , your paperwork….jesus christ on a motor scooter the condiments weigh more than the dam samich

Understaffed and under-trained. 20 minutes wait and food that wasn’t fresh. Not sure how it can be both. They closed the drive thru so they could focus on the lobby. Still, 5 people working and I had to help out by stocking the straws.

I ordered 2 double cheese burgers, a 20 piece chicken nugget, a large fry, and a large UNSWEET TEA! I was given 2 SWEET TEAS before getting and unsweetened because someone put the wrong product in the wrong tin. Upon speaking with the 2 managers on duty, the female, Caucasian with her hair NOT pulled back, as its below shoulder length, just under a hat, couldn’t help that customers were irritated at HER EMPLOYEES mistakes! She literally called the other male Caucasian manager over because she couldn’t deal with me bringing back HARD AS A ROCK CHICKEN NUGGETS! I could have totally draw on the concrete with them like they were chalk! The male manager just wanted to give me a refund instead of replacing the food. Then says,, we’ll i dont really want to refund you either. But wants to complain how he’s still working on a broken foot, trying to get sympathy. The food was completely the worst food I have every received from a McDonald’s.
