I used the app for the very first time cause I know it can take awhile to cook and my pickup time was at 6:29pm. I go to the counter and not friendly at all Eva looks confused and looks at the printer and tells me it’s going to be 20 more minutes, okay ill come back. I come back for her to say it will be another moment and finally get my order at 6:50 mind you I placed it at 6:19. Eva didn’t so much as even apologize or anything. Whats the point of the order ahead app process if its going to be an even longer wait time?! This staff is always super unfriendly and they never seem happy. Hopefully things change for this location as I absolutely love their food especially their fries.

I’m very disappointed! My family and I went today to get a hot dog on a stick with funnel fries and waited 20 minutes. My husband noticed that we were the only ones waiting and the funnel fries were given to someone else twice. When my husband said isn’t that our order? They two young girls working said we are making a fresh order for you. I was not happy and said we want our money back. They did give it back, and we will never go there again!!

Just requested a refund. Walked up with 1 person in front of me waiting for an employee. I went to the side to see thru porthole window. I see 1 employee maneuvering stock. She saw me. I took my place back in line and she emerged with a upturned lip and attitude. Without washing her hands she took the order before me, handled cash and dispensed change. Got to me… I placed my order and again TATTYANA went to work without washing her likely filthy hands. She dispensed my drink- (including dirty palm on the lid of my cup) then announced my total. I handed her my card and asked if she wears gloves, washes hands ever and reminded her what I witnessed. Wow, her attitude was less than gracious.
