Staff is mostly rude and not concerned about your order, even when the drive-thru or front counter are dead. This happens consistently at both Marion locations. I have left more than twice to arrived back home to the wrong food in my order or missing extras that I paid for.

The food at this location is mediocre compared to other franchise locations. Some staff seem friendly if not stressed by irrate customers. The management is terrible. This location is very poorly managed which results in inaccurate orders, audible yelling at employees by management creating a poor atmosphere, and slow drive thru times.

I sure hope this becomes a fully automated location in the future. Service is terrible. Wait for 15+ minutes for a drink cause the removed fountains and you have to wait for someone to fill your cup in in the order it was received, and that is also in the order of drive-thru despite being a dine in/take out order.

Can’t get any drinks from here so tell me what they want This McDonald’s is supposed to close at midnight and I showed up what it would that be 6 minutes before they closed and I was met with extremely rude workers who had a very bad attitude and told us that they were closed and couldn’t do anything for us I asked why when they were still open and they said that they are allowed to close early if they want to I don’t know maybe it’s just me but is that a thing for real??

Orders were very slow to get. Would receive one item at a time. Food was cold. Had to go to counter and ask for one person’s order as he never received. Other customers had to go back to counter and ask for parts of their orders that were missed. Had problems with the app every time we try to use it.

Only giving it 3 stars because the food is good, but more times than not you don’t get what you ordered or are missing items completely. Also they cannot make an iced coffee and the drive through times are always slow. I thought with a new location we would have better service, but it’s worse.

Yesterday I ate breakfast here for my first visit to the new store and it was a bad experience. Other people in the store were frustrated as well. The wait was too long for there only being four people inside the store. I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel and they gave me a sausage bagel. They did make it right and quickly brought out my steak bagel. The tables were dirty and had old food on them. The floor was dirty as well. It’s crazy to think that the store would be dirty when you’re greeted by the broom and dust pan after opening the door to enter the store.

Honestly, I hate McDonalds food, but I like one breakfast sandwich. The one in Gas City is awesome. Staff is organized in the morning and really nice. Not super busy either. Only McDonald’s I’ll go to in Grant County.
