Great sports bar for both locals and very close to interstate 80. Nice eating choice for those travelers and with 4 new hotels a block away. Large classy sports bar room separate from a very big eating room spread out between tables, ranks well above the typical “diner” Small town friendly people. Great service and American “comfort” food plus steaks, other meat choices, or large ceasar salads . Prices comparable to most family oriented restaurants. Good quality facility and atmosphere. Great hang out for night out with friends too. I have attached menu.

Had a pretty good experience. Late on a Sunday, not busy. We were promptly seated, they took our order and the food came out quickly. Had a Grilled Ham ‘n cheese and a Cobb Salad. Both were satisfying. Fries are good. Service was great!

My husband and I had dinner at Capone’s on our way across Nebraska to the West Coast. Capone’s has a very open concept floor plan with a high ceiling and it can get pretty loud. Our server, “Red,” was great! She was super friendly and knew the menu very well. My husband ordered the chicken cordon bleu sandwich with chips which he said was delicious, but so large he couldn’t eat it all. I had. The fisherman’s plate which had fried shrimp, fish and French fries. They were cooked very well, super crunchy and pretty good. The shrimp were pretty small and very flat, but good. We also had calamari as an appetizer which was very good.

Servers were great. Food was nothing special. It was loud, it was cold. It was too empty there was nothing reminiscent of Capone and his era. Okay, not great. $15 for three small chicken fingers and fries? A pork tenderloin that was tough and chewy.

Right off I80 on the East exit of North Platte rests this cozy establishment. Bathroom was clean. The menu offers a large variety, it was a tough decision from wings or a steak. I went with the 12 oz Ribeye. The cut was a bit thin and lacked seasoning, but it was cooked just how I ordered it medium rare. The meat was tasty and had a good amount of marbling. The green beans were delicious, and the mash taters with brown gravy ranked high on my amazing list. Definitely not disappointed. Ill be back.

Stopped here for dinner on the way back to Colorado. I ordered kielbasa/sauerkraut with mashed potatoes and coleslaw slaw. All of which was very yummy! We also ordered the French Toast with hash browns and an egg. Breakfast at anytime is great and also very tasty! Capones will be a regular stop for us!

My husband and I came to the restaurant after being on the road all day. He ordered roast beef and baked potato while I had the grilled chicken and potato as well. My husband also wanted to try the cheese curds, and we are so glad he did! All of the food was delicious!! Andrew C. did a fabulous job serving us. He gave us the time we needed to choose our foods, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Immediately walking in all I saw was old people it stunk in there and it was so hot! I felt like I was at a nursing home #genz. Our food was okay nothing surprising about. Some people missing what they ordered #nopotatosalad. When we finally got the bill we tried to split it up and they made so difficult! They took advantage of our young age and they added extra items to the bill that we had not ordered…. And to top it all off our waitress was not friendly at all. LASTLY AL CAPONE WAS NOT PRESENT!!!!!! NEITHER WAS MARTIN LUTHAR KING!!!! Most of this is dead serious I’m extremely disappointed

From the salad, fresh green beans, and hamburger steak it all was excellent. The hamburger steak was cooked exactly to my liking.
The blue berry pie was a great way to end the meal.

It was second time here, and man what a mess, server was too young i understand she was doing her best bla blabut i say swiss moshroom burger and she bouth bacon cheesburger plus she was mean didnt know what was the behind all maybe someting at kitchen, and she didnt even give receipt wich i dont need to ask maybe NE thing dont know, and burger taste was horrable dont know why either, and again when i say fish and chips fris comes with but when i say burger and chips she bought chips instead fries, at least warn us couldnt you? Odi was the server, i am not cool with pasive agressifizm we wasnt mean to you at all, but for being a good human being i still tiped out why not she is working i respect that but she is not “trying her best” as customer this place is i see only cool restaurant you can enjoy, but i wasnt the lucky one i guess……
