Welcome to the Donut Villa Diner! For over 40 years, we’ve perfected the warm, melt-in-your-mouth, finger-licking, homemade donut. We’re all about keeping the tradition: believing in making brunch the best part of your day. To us, it’s that simple: our goal is to make your belly happy 7 days a week. So, this isn’t just Donut Villa, it’s Donut Villa Diner. Our new menu now includes authentic Belgium Waffles and homemade New York-style bagels, hearty hash and Benny’s from scratch, and everything in between. By keeping some of the old and bringing in some of the new, we’ll always be a family operated diner ready to serve the city of Malden and beyond.

My friends and I spent a few days in Malden and this was the first restaurant we ate at. What a fantastic start to the weekend! The staff was very kind and accommodated my group of 6 dudes. We ordered our food and couldn’t walk away without a few donuts, definitely worth trying! The honey dipped was my fave. I also got the classic breakfast of 2 eggs, toast, bacon and home fries which was delicious. I would visit again without hesitating if ever in the area agin. Felt very welcome and loved the decor/music!

I haven’t been here in a while so I decided to treat myself to breakfast on my day off Thursday. This place is usually crowded, but it was pretty quiet with a few customers when I arrived. No waiting which was nice

Classic diner feel, fair prices for really tasty food, very happy with everything we got. The pancakes were stuffed and huge. The chicken cutlet club was fantastic especially with cheese.

Went there with my teens and husband. First employee interaction was not pleasant, but we tend not to judge a restaurant based on one interaction. The food was SO good! We waited some time for a table, then waited to get the menu, waited a long time for food but all in all, it was worth it. Portions were huge! And of course had to buy a 12 donuts before leaving. I am looking forward to going back and so are my kids!

While in the area, we found this place on a vegan blog! Wow- so glad we stopped in for breakfast! Super cozy & vintage diner vibes. Our waitress was friendly. They have a large regular menu with so many breakfast classics as well as unique stuff such as donut French toast. They have a separate vegan menu- which we asked for! They have an impressive vegan selection!
What we got:
– Vegan breakfast sandwhich. It was wonderful! Served on a warm English muffin complete with vegan egg, cheese & vegan bacon!
– donut French toast (not vegan). It came out with two massive donuts battered & fried with chocolate sauce & sugar. My friend said it was one of the best breakfasts she ever had.
– vegan donuts to go!!! Delicious!! I have had a lot of vegan donuts & this place was in my top fave! They were massive, super moist & delicious! The donut was so moist it reminded me of pound cake. We got a classic glazed & coconut – both were amazing! Do not skip on the vegan donuts!

Great food and service! They have decaf iced coffee which I really appreciate. This place was PACKED on a Saturday morning. If you get an omelette prepare to take half home because they are way too big.

We got the “BLT,” scramble, and chicken and waffles here and they were all delicious. This was a different variation of vegan scramble that didn’t have any tofu but it was still very good. We also got their vegan donuts to go. While they are more cakey than what I usually prefer, they are definitely worth getting!
