We have eaten here a few times and ordered take out sushi on numerous occasions. Every time the sushi is fresh and well prepared. Recently the smash burger was recommended. We thought it was an odd combination but since we have always loved the fried chicken, we gave the burger a go. We sure are glad we did, it was surprisingly one of the best restaurant burgers we’ve had and will definitely order it again. The fact that they have a little bit of everything, makes it a good spot if you’re not sure what you want.

Dined here for the first time and had a very nice experience. It’s a lovely restaurant and we visited at a particularly quiet time. The staff was awesome, friendly and attentive. We ordered the sushi and sashimi combo which was good, but nothing special. We had the garlic fried rice which was very nicely seasoned, but a tad bit oily. Also had the surf and turf, loved the lobster (but butter sauce was great) but the steak was meh. The salmon collar was really good as were the drinks 🙂

Excellent food and drink, I came here on a Monday night, not very busy at all, but got some primo dishes and delectable mocktails. I ordered two virgin lychee coladas, the Wagyu carpaccio appetizer, the Blue Ribbon platter special, which is a huge boat filled with rolls, nigiri and sashimi. I also got the surf and turf, cooked rare, as well as the side of mushrooms, and the Japanese Wagyu 8oz center cut ribeye.

So, we loved Blue Ribbon at Red Rock! The food, the service, everything was on point!. Here at GVR, the Bartender and the Hostess were so kind and attentive! But when we got a table, the server came by once, asked what we wanted, ordered a little bit of appetizer, and said we will order more after… This was the last time we saw him for a whole hour. Someone from management had to come by for us to even ask for the check since our server disappeared. We even ordered a California roll, and the server asked if we wanted crab stick or real crab. We did real crab, just to say that it tasted like a normal California roll, and we get better food and service at OJAH then here. And again, the hostess, bartender and management are great. Just the overall experience was nothing to desire especially for this kind of price tag… Shout-out to the hostess Anghel, she is so personable, kind, and a statement to customer service.

This was my son’s first time at a real sushi bar, and everything was amazing and delicious! We ordered from the social hour menu and we were pleasantly surprised with the portion sizes Highly recommend the wagyu fries! The hand rolls were also fresh and delicious.
Our server Harmonie was very nice and attentive. The manager came by to say hello and invited to take our picture in front of the mural in the private dining room.

I have been to Blue Ribbon at the Cosmopolitan years ago. This is a new location that just opened up here at Green Valley Ranch. I was very impressed with the quality of the sushi, fried chicken, beef short rib and the sea bass! The service was excellent. The atmosphere and decor was very pleasing to the eye however a little dim. They have a huge selection of sake, liquors and wine. Overall a delicious meal. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic dinner at Blue Ribbon! Plenty of parking at the GVR hotel & casino. Our server Kelly was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We had miso soup, spicy tuna on crispy rice, a huge assortment of rolls, jidori teriyaki chicken and the beef short rib. The sushi was all fresh and delicious as was all the food. The short rib was unbelievable! So tender and flavorful a must order. So many great desserts as well. We chose the green tea crème brûlée and the ginger bread pudding with ginger gelato which was amazing. Highly recommend Blue Ribbon!
