Damn… it has been 20 years since I have eaten at Pizza Factory. Lived in Oregon most that time. There was no “nostalgia” or “rose tinted glasses” it was as good as I remember.
Back in 2005 I used to go in to the Mariposa store every day at lunch for the slice and a strawberry whip drink for like 2.25 lmao.
Writing this just reminded me of the breadsticks also. You guys had the absolute best dipping sauce. I have never only ordered breadsticks from a pizza place before except yours.

After viewing the menu and reviews. Made a online order, was craving pizza after 9 hours of driving. Sadly got back to my car and got mostly crust and the littlest sauce I’ve ever had. Very disappointed. Was so excited too. Maybe next time if Im in the area again I’ll try again. P.s looked through more reviews and saw the same complaints.

I have made alOT of pizza in my time, and this ain’t it. Need Someone that can handtoss a great pizza with Pride in their job and in their service. I see the the pizzas in other reviews and that’s not what pizzas are supposed to look like. Not trying to be rude … just being honest.

Cash only! Pizza just ok, not much sauce, lots of pineapple but so much juice the crust was soggy on regular pizza. Asked about gluten free but they are not educated. Use same ladle in sauce that they smear all over bread and crust and back into sauce to contaminate it with no idea how to work around it. I had to suggest getting fresh sauce from main container and use clean spoon. Guy at counter practically ignored us initially and actually walked away from us. Had to wait for him to come back to place an order. He did not seem to be doing anything else. Managers there as 3 of them were interviewing new applicants. Poor quality applicants as they were letting their kids run wild, not dressed for interview and one shut the door on me. Even with all the managers, no one cared that the tables and benches were dirty. Very noisy. I do a lot of 5 star reviews but this place fails.

Pricey, a medium pizza (12”) in diameter cost $15-19 depends on your choice of toppings. If the price a bit better, I would give it a 5!
Service: the place is nice and clean, everyone works there are friendly and helpful.

After a long day of working, I ordered the chicken alfredo and I received a cold tray with very little sauce.No chicken, it looks nothing like what’s advertised.I am disgusted by this pizza factory.You guys need to do better

I work in the area and have been in this establishment Many times the food is good, but the last 3 times I have been in the shorter Young Lady at the counter is very unpleasant and acts like helping the customers is a choir, the young man is very polite. sad because it’s a nice place. Very unfortunate!!!

We’re from Georgia travelling by car from Oregon and happened upon this place while in awe of the gorgeous snow capped peaks of Mt. Shasta.
The pizza was wonderful with a crispy yet chewy crust that you expect from a properly prepared pizza. We ordered the Shasta and it lived up to the name as we were in awe of its flavor.
Thanks for filing up some hungry out of state travelers. Sadly the pizza back home is mostly awful.
