We visited this McDonald’s on Christmas Day and had a great experience! They were one of the few restaurants open, so of course they were busy. However, the Drive Thru line moved quickly, and we didn’t have to wait long for our food, which included 3 burgers, nuggets, apple pies, and a drink. The employees were all very friendly, our food was fresh, and everything was just as we ordered. Great service all around!

Went to get coffee before my shift at 5am, waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with 4 other cars, just for some employee to tell me they are NOT 24 hours, even though it says so both on their McDonalds sign and on Google, AND I’ve been served before 5am before. Not sure if employees can’t read their own signs, or if McDonalds doesn’t want to schedule people to work a certain time so that they can cut labor costs. Employees always have a pispoor attitude, and their coffee machine is always broken anyways.

I hate to leave complete negative review but all I had in my order (I ordered in the app by the way, so the details would be clearly on their screen) was 1 cheeseburger. All I requested different was no onion & extra pickle. I opened it to eat right away because I was in a hurry & not only did it have plenty of onion on it, the cook had so much ketchup & mustard on it it looked they intentionally put some on the bun as well. Not sure I want to order food from this McD again.

I decided to go inside because I thought it would be quicker than the drive thru. I only ordered an iced coffee, tea and 2 pies. It took 25 minutes for me to get my ordered. When I addressed that that the 10 people in the lobby were being ignored, the employee stated that there are only 2 people working. She had time to have personal conversations with another worker . I witnessed at least 3 workers up front. This store must be understaffed or poorly trained because it is the dirtiest restaurant I’d ever seen.

We ordered 2 meals firstly it took almost a hour to get my food then my nuggets were missing then they gave me half coffee and said you selected no ice and then the food was cold fries were soggy worst experience first and last time

They’re honestly the best McDonalds in Kokomo in terms of fresh food, but they are absolutely not open 24 hours. They close at Midnight or a little after and then open back up at 4 AM.

This McDonald’s screws the early working class every morning. They claim to be 24 hours but if you’re trying to get a breakfast sandwich before work they are NEVER open. It’d be nice to have a meal before I go into work but I guess I shouldn’t rely on McDonald’s to help me with that

we waited for almost 30 minutes just for the food to be freezing cold, I am so upset because I’ve regularly but today has been the worst have ever been. The wait is horrible and the service is even worse.

Honestly just wish this location could get it together and work as a team. I shouldn’t have to pull into a stall EVERY TIME even just for a burger and fries. To order ahead in the app and still have to be parked and wait 30 minutes is ridiculous.
