We went tonight 20 mins before 8pm for half priced gyros. Was surprised and put off by the new ordering kiosks but I understand change, we were met with no greeting or directions on only ordering through the kiosks, waited to interact with any worker but the two on the floor instead went into the back and left us alone in the lobby until we figured out the kiosks. The primary reason for our review was the food we received, it was just awful!! We’ve never had a bad meal from here until tonight and it was ridiculously bad, sooooooo not worth the $35 we spend. The gyro meat on ALL 4 GYROS was burnt on one side, hard, and inedible it made everything taste burnt. Idk what’s happened but obviously the workers here don’t care to provide a good meal or positive in-store experience, we’re incredibly disappointed and paid for a meal we couldn’t eat.

First and last time here. Ordered a bow for lunch and it was literally half empty. They put all the hummus and sauce on half the bowl and maybe 2 bites of rice? Few pieces of chicken thrown in. Absolutely ridiculous. I was shocked when I opened the bag and saw my ‘bowl’ … my photo makes it look full because of the sauce but this bowl was so light and literally took me a few bites to eat. Don’t waste your money here. Go to Cava or chipotle instead.

I want to say the food was good, not after ordering through a kiosk I discovered that rl everything I ordered was slopped together in one bowl and buried with hummus.
The dining room was not cozy at all, but it was quiet. (They weren’t busy.) The bathroom needs a lot of maintenance. The flooring is damaged throughout and the place didn’t feel clean.

Food fantastic as always. Staff was nice. I hate the new Kiosk ording in the restaurant which is why I gave 2 stars. The staff is always so nice and pleasant to interact with. The Kiosk takes away the human interaction aspect. I felt like I was getting my lunch from a vending machine. It also took longer for me to pick items, than to just ask the people what I want on a plate. I was tje only person in the restaurant and I could not just ell them and then they ring me up. If I take the time to go in the restaurant, I should be able to walk to the counter and interact with a person. If I want online, Ill go through the app. Get rid of the Kiosk. Let a person interact with anoeron to order in the restaurant. I’ll never on a whim go to Garbonzo again. Takes too long and I have a short lunch break. Change this and bring back the free falafel. Automation sucks.

The workers absolutely drenched my food in sauce. It was like soup. Usually when I order pickup or delivery the sauces are on the side, allowing me to choose how much I want. Instead I had no clue what I was really eating as my food was drenched enough to have a pool of it at the bottom like soup. Extremely disappointing. Be careful if you are not ordering in person because apparently any common sense goes out the window.

I spent 30$, a plate and gyro. The plate was half empty? No pita bread that was ordered…. They didn’t put cauliflower or greens on BOTH orders. Tasted great, but disappointed they got my order wrong. I worked in fast food when I was 14 and I would never do this to someone. Very disappointed.

What used to be delicious and healthy alternative to “fast food” is now flavorless, watered down vegetables and dry proteins on top of pebbles of rice. The plate and bowl are the same price yet you get more with the plate. The falafels used to be made fresh in house, now they are frozen and horrible. The chick peas with dill should be off the menu because there is zero flavor to them,
Our cashier seemed to have just came off a nap or possibly just didn’t want to be there. Not worth the price. The South Gate location was incredible, worst thing they did was close it. Food, service and atmosphere was the best.

Didn’t even get a chance to order. This is the second time we’ve tried to eat at this location and they’ve been out of pita for the stuffed pita pocket both times. On top of that, now you’re forced to use a kiosk to place your order.
We had a BOGO coupon to use during black Friday and the kiosk isn’t able to handle that, so we’d need to use the kiosk to place the order, but then select cashier to pay. Why are we making things more difficult than they need to be?
The kiosk limits you to two sauces and toppings. Sorry, but I liked how I could choose what I wanted.
The manager on duty wasn’t available to help us… busy with other things.
I saw someone else’s order and the amount of meat they give you seems to have shrunk as well. Shrinkflation I guess.
We turned around and started to walk out just as another couple was coming in. They ended up leaving behind us saying “they didn’t feel the love” that they used to. Very disappointing as I really like the stuffed pitas but I highly doubt I’ll be back.

Food was good. It bothers me that all orders are placed via a kiosk instead of talking to the people making the food, literally on the other side of the counter. The staff member that called when my food was ready was very polite.
