This location RARELY gets the order right. Today I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and admit I ate half of it, realizing that I just could not tolerate the amount of salt on it, so I asked if they were willing to give me a new one with less salt (the fries were way too salty too, but I only eat a couple anyway) The clerk had attitude about it, but did go ask the manager, who did agree to make a new one with no salt. I just thought I’d share that you may or may not get your order right, but if there’s a good manager on duty they will at least make it right.

I’ve had several really negative experiences here, and I will not be coming back. Food has been wrong, mobile orders haven’t been fulfilled and no refund given, and the staff is beyond rude. My last time here they lost my mobile order and almost didn’t serve me because I didn’t have a receipt, even though the staff member was HOLDING the mobile order slip in his hand. I was told to pull up and wait in parking spot #2, which was blocked with snow because they didn’t plow their parking lot, so I pulled into the first available Curbside Pick Up spot. When the worker came out with my order, he couldn’t hand over my purchase before mentioning “I didn’t tell you to park here”. I said “I’m sorry, I couldn’t get into that other spot”, and he said “whatever” and rolled his eyes and walked away. Thank you so much for the fast, friendly, efficient service, each and every time!

Absolutely horrible service. Went there for mobile order and waited for 35 mins. Then the people inside didn’t even look my way and got my order wrong again. Need new management or new people.

Expect a half hour wait at a minimum, add fifteen more minutes if you want your order to be close to correct. God bless the poor people working here tonight and putting up with angry customers. They should be angry at the owners who set them up to fail.

Locked bathroom??? Kinda annoying for a utility worker that wants to grab a quick bite and releave themself cause I don’t have a place to use the restroom as I work out of my truck. think about all the people who don’t have eazy access to a bathroom at work cause sometimes it’s really hard to find a bathroom

I absolutely love McDonald’s food and the McDonald’s Carmel Frappes are my favorite I drink around 8 Frappes a day if you want fast food then McDonald’s is the place to go and get something quick to eat.

Went through the drive thru and ordered quite a bit honestly. Was expecting the normal forgotten item or stale fries. Not this place though! Everything I ordered was there, fries and all the food was fresh as it can get. Service was excellent, very good people. Sweet Tea was excellent. Thank you guys.

Waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes when I pulled around was told they were closed, it was 11:45 pm, hours say open til midnight. No one acknowledged any of the 4 vehicles in the drive thru.

Been here twice and both times the orders were incorrect and missing items. Would be helpful to check the orders before handing to the customer.
