Food oiler than my face. Chicken is just full or grease and no flavor. Fries are fine. Don’t come it’s a waste of time and money. Also coke tastes like water and I do not mess around with my soda. 0.5/10 spent over 30 dollars too pissed me right off

I walked in and Ms. Kendra was so welcoming. Me and my friend were new so it took us a few minutes to decide what we wanted. She waited patiently for us and helped us the whole time through our experience. she assisted us with napkins and even asked if we were okay. Definitely trying again. I love this place! I always bring my family and friends here whenever we’re in town! Service was great, Kendra was spectacular and very helpful, food was hot and delicious as always, and it’s always very clean! 10/10 recommend! service has really gone down hill, no greeting at the register just a blank stare, after the cashier realized I was standing there. the burger wasn’t cooked all the way thru, I threw it away and left instead… the red meat all along the middle just ruining my appetite. no need for management to respond to this review… I will definitely NOT come back and will NOT reach out.

The Colorado double is my new favorite burger. It has everything hot and spicy on it, that I love. Plus my server, Kendra was so helpful and courteous before and after I ordered my meal. She even came back to my table and followed up. Great service! Great food!

I just happened to be walking in downtown Louisville looking for something outside of the ordinary franchise restaurants and I stumbled across this jewel. Iheart radio was outside doing some Derby promo and handed me a $5 off $20 so I said let me just give it a try and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the Double Bacon Smash Burger with the Smash Fries and I can honestly say this is the best burger I’ve had in many many years. When I get back home to Atlanta in a few days I’m going to be looking to see if there is a Smash Burger there. Kendra was so helpful and friendly. The entire staff was friendly. If you’re looking for a really good burger and fries please please please go check this place out. Tell them DJ Flex sent you.
