I’ve given fair chances for breakfast. I will give five stars for the elder lady on the speaker box. Storytime….I witnessed a worker in the kitchen wiping his nose with his hands, moving equipment and still lurking around the kitchen. I told his manager who didn’t have gloves on either and he said he’s not in the grill area. Being serv safe let me know it doesn’t matter if you’re in grill, you wiped your nose in front counter and proceeded to walk through the kitchen, so that wasn’t an excuse it was pure arrogance and ignorance. Get new staff for the morning crew because dropping the same hash browns in the fryer just makes more grease and not edible, cold food is unacceptable and the lack of work ethic is horrible. Fix it or we the people will have it closed down. We are tired of spending money for less than quality food, and managers who aren’t serv safe shouldn’t be allowed in the kitchen nor a manger. It’s currently 605am and I’m contemplating life over this food I just bought.

THE WORST EVER ! went 12 noon ThursdayFebruary 26, 2026 , drive thru, I had the receipt BOGO FREE sandwich, the lady said ( you have to come inside the building for that ) WHAT ? REALLY!? I always went to drive thru at other mcdonalds locations. That’s why I went to the drive thru so I won’t have to come inside, What a STUPID policy! Who ever the owner or manager this location should be shut down ! To the public, DO NOT patronize this location, I will NEVER spend my money or come to this location again ! A bunch of IDIOTS !

I got a 2 cheeseburger meal & a 10p nugget on UberEats. When the food got here, both burgers were missing, both of the sauces were completely wrong, and it looked like they threw my items in the bag. The fries were completely dumped and the nuggets were on their side.

Made a pick up, but when got there no one answered for almost a hour. Then when told something to the speaker he said have a nice day. Turns out the workers were outside smoking in there van. If you don’t like your job quit. Smh a homeless person probably do there job better.

Went later at night. Did a mobile order. They didn’t take our order at the drive thru, made us wait almost an hour to get to the second window to say that our order never went through on “MY” end when I had the confirmation. Wasn’t going to wait an additional half hour for them to made it. If you’re gonna be open 24 hours, staff your restaurant.

The afternoon crew is great. But the lady taking orders is extremely hateful to me and my autistic daughter. I counted 10 times that she was rude and hateful before I gave this review. Maybe she should consider retirement.

I go here all the time with usually no issues but tonight was horrible I had a pick up order they had both lanes open even though they couldn’t keep up with the one, they made me wait in line 15-20 minutes just to tell me their computers are down even though they helped literally everyone up to me. Complete waste of my time and all I got was a half ass sorry.
