They do not acknowledge you on the inside. Everyone is only concerned with the drive thru. I finally get my food and sit down to eat just to realize that they didn’t even fill my medium fry all the way.

I asked for large. I got a medium. I questioned the guy who gave me a medium and he argued with me about it being a large. Wrong. Its a medium. In fact it says that it’s a medium on the side right where he pointed and said it’s a large.. also I had 1 really old hashbrown and one cooked one. So frustrating.

If you like burnt food this place is for you. If you like the wrong order 3 visits in a row over a couple weeks then this is the place for you. Oh and the female manager will call you names when you go in and ask for the correct order:)

So I went through the drive-thru and I just grabbed the bag and it was hot so didn’t think about checking the fries but when got home yep overcooked but still ate them though I guess next time I will order fresh fries n check them

I ordered an oatmeal and 4 slices of bacon. The gentleman rang up 4 orders of bacon which is 8 slices! I told him that 1 order of bacon is 2 slices! He refused to change what he rang up bringing the price to nearly $18. I had no other choice but to leave!

I went to the drive thru and I tried to use a survey code to get a buy one get one sandwich deal from doing an online survey. On line it says that you can use the code at any McDonald’s, nation wide, that accepts codes. Well I was told because my original purchase hadn’t been made at this particular McDonald’s that I couldn’t use the coupon at that store. Maybe this McDonald’s should opt out of the survey if they aren’t going to honor a coupon at their store. I was told their manager is tired of giving away free food. We’ll technically it’s not free food because you still have to buy their overpriced food. The employees made me feel like I was robbing the restaurant. I had asked ahead of time if they accept receipts with codes on from completing surveys and they said Yes but when I got to the window that’s when they told me that I couldn’t use that coupon at that McDonald’s. In today’s economy every penny counts and being a senior citizen on social security every penny counts even more. I do buy things from this McDonald’s but I don’t think that I’ll be coming back to this one.

I had a code for a 99 cent. Iced coffee I asked for pumpkin. Everything was fine till I went to get it. And was told it was not

Keep geting my orders wrong and even when i corrected them at the speaker. Asked for a double cheeseburger with extra cheese and a plain beef patty with no onions. What I got was two buns with ketchup onions and cheese and a box with two patties, and a bunch of onions. This isn’t the first time this mcdonald’s got my order wrong. I’ll just go with a different mcdonald’s or go somewhere that doesn’t have disgruntled staff.

Ordered food for mobile at 10:20 pm and got home to burgers that were thoroughly cooked. Terrible for a place that wasn’t even busy. Never coming back here again

So, I go to my local McDonald’s on Madison after using my mobile app to pick up my food. I was first rudely greeted. Wasn’t asked if I have a mobile order like usual. Then was rudely told to come to the window. We get to the window and the girl that was being rude was definitely not having a good day or something. All she said was “receipt”? And that was all. Then we get to the second window, still no greeting at all. Starts handing all the drinks, I had to ask for a drink carrier. There was obviously to many to carry/hold. Then they forgot we had a shake. Took two employees to make it. Then we were told they were waiting on the fries and to pull up. We got the food and the fries were cold, no onions on my sandwich, barely a pickle and not one of the 4 sauce that I added to my over $20 order was in there. This is why I quit going to McDonald’s. They hire rude and lazy ppl. Ugh!
