It’s nice that they have a playplace. And not having to ask for a key to go wash your hands is nice as well. Now, There were multiple people working drive thru and just one young lady working the lobby, (Teasia) was her name. I’m not sure who the manager here is but you should try to do that by yourself. This girl was running food and plating trays, taking orders and not a single person stepped over to help her. Not only would she make a better manager than you, shes probably friendlier too. 5 stars for her and her amazing work ethic. A solid zero for the management here.

We decided to take the grandkids so they could play and eat. First off, waited forever for the shaker salt, then we decided they could play while we wait. The play area was absolutely freezing cold. A couple of the kids had winter jackets on and didn’t take shoes off. WAY to cold to eat in there so we moved to the back of the restaurant, still very cold. When we did get our food it was not hot, barely even warm. The grandkids got Grinch Happy Meals which didn’t have socks in it. So I went back to tell the cashier we didn’t get them. The Manager wanted to argue and say she puts them in every box. NOPE!!! We got the socks but was treated unfair about it. TRUST ME, we will not be back. In the summer it’s probably going to be too hot. Maybe they can’t afford heat or AC.

No tp in bathroom and employee was in other stall hearing us saying no toilet paper didn’t offer any under door or when came out. Asked at desk and was given 3 napkins with no one sent to put any in there. The fountain area was nasty and so sticky and of course out of ice. No table was clean, all trash cans overflowing, food all over floors in playroom and tables nasty prob since trash cans full no one could throw anything away. It wasn’t very busy at all but since we promised take granddaughter there to play we ordered for her and decided we would eat at chikfiket. It’s the kids that bring us there so let’s do better by them by offering clean places to walk barefooted, since it’s required to play in play land, and clean tables and chairs with toilet paper in the stalls and ice in machines!

It was kind of late and didn’t get to go inside, but the drive-thru was on it and very good with their times per car. The food was great, it’s McDonald’s come on. The employees were nice at the windows. Thank you McDonald’s

When it’s right, the foods is good. But be prepared to accept that their mistakes WILL come from your wallet regardless of how long you try to speak with them. They don’t understand English, they are rude, Dismissive, and overall are a perfect example of what customer service is NOT. They put a bad name on everyone.

I do drive thru late nite after work. Employees always great, food excellent. Well maintained grounds. Easy in out parking lot, generous lot.
