I went through the drive through and ordered a steak egg cheese bagel. This was at 5 a.m. they had me pull forward to wait,Which I understand.
The 15 later, when I got my order. I had to rush to work. So when I opened my steak egg cheese bagel only to find a hamburger patty w/ cheese. I was highly disappointed. And pissed.. I don’t do McNasty’s very often if 3 x’s a yr. And these are the reasons why.

My partner and I were picking up a doordash and waited for over half an hour for this order. Only to find out that the people that were there before us had already been waiting an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous. The wait times should absolutely not be that long. The staff were extremely rude and seemed to have no respect for any of the customers at all.

The mcdonald’s at 30ths and Emerson on the east side of indy is better then this. Always parking people. Always forget sauces. Makes cheese burgers messy as hell. My daughter went in to get her sauce and they left her standing there. Will never return to this mcdonald’s.

It’s always some or another with this mcdonald’s!! weather it be my order completely messed up, an employee handing me the wrong food in curbside and me having to get out and give it to the correct person, no sauces, missing items on orders or your food being made so messily is not even appetizing DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY FOOD AND OR SERVICE ( no hate to the lady who works first window in the morning she’s a sweet heart)

The individuals at this location is horrible. Its filled with confused individuals who should not be working with the public!
Tried handing food that was not mine; then looked at me with a long stare as you I have/created the problem. Then proceeds to ask, “what did you have” knowing full well it’s on the screen. Finally get home to eat the food and the food not prepared how it was ordered **plain** vs regular (see pic). Unfortunately it was for my grade school child. If any of you have children you know what that means, prepare or provide another meal. Why? Should not have to when paying for a service!
Not in uniform, slothful service and extremely confrontational…so much so that my whole family will never be back at this location!

Almost always a long wait, skipping orders and handing out several orders that came in after mine (yes I watch the preparing/serving sign). 20 minutes ware and get a Big Mac like the one in the photos
I understand being “short staffed” and too many 14 years old is some of the issues but even that doesn’t help when managers are constantly being called from their work stations and nobody relieving them while they are gone from that station, so orders just build up in that area.

I stop every morning on my way to work for coffee. The sign, and website states that this location opens at 5am. Well in reality, they turn the lights on at 5am, but make you wait an average of 10-30 min before you get service. I don’t understand the complications with the concept of being at your work station ready to work at the posted time.

I went to this McDonald’s location earlier today. I was going to order something but had to use the men’s restroom first. But for some inexplicable reason one of the Male teenager?employees decided to follow right behind me into the restroom. I was walking towards the stall to enter it and turned around after noticing that someone was following me and the employee then just simply used the hand dryer for 3 seconds repeatedly but did nothing else… And abruptly left just as quickly once I turned and looked at him. It was obvious he was trying to watch me for some reason which made me feel very uncomfortable. Why are you having your employees be creepy and follow your patrons into the restroom? Needless to say, I decided to take my business somewhere else.

One of the worst experiences i’ve had at a fast food restaurant. I waited more than 30 minutes after ordering. Had to pull into another spot to wait. They continued to take orders and serve other customers instead of focusing on the many people that were also waiting for their orders. I understand being busy and short staffed. However, to then serve me cold food as well as overly greasy and sloppy burgers was very upsetting. As I got out of the car to go inside, then the girl came out with my food and didn’t say a word and handed me the bag and walked away. There was grease dripping from burgers as they were picked up. The fries were also cold and hard. Need to make some serious changes because this is ridiculous.

Whoever was working the drive thru at 9:40 am needs to be retrained or fired because I asked for a power raid and he acted like he didn’t know what he was doing the whole time
