Met some friends to visit. I arrived 1st, asked for paper towels to clean table. I was there about 2 hours, and none of the tables were wiped down in that time. They got my burger wrong, also. This store seemed focused on drive-thru.

Dining inside was atrociously unsanitary. The men’s bathroom was covered in poop, there was only one trash can, the beverage counter had heavy spills, none of the tables were clean and there were no napkins anywhere. To top it off, we didn’t get a receipt for their kiosk order and our order wasn’t on the preparing screen. If a Health Inspector were to visit here, this place would be shut down in a heartbeat. If this is what is seen in public, I wonder what’s hiding behind closed doors or the kitchen. Yuck!

Kiosks always in Takeout mode but don’t give you receipts. Long wait time for food. Poorly made food, burgers that are falling apart and not well made and fries that are lukewarm and barely salted. Employees that don’t seem to care and will literally push past you to fill their drinks at the fountain while you are still filling your drink. Fairly unclean eating area as well.

Hello everybody I was just playing two basketball games and I came off. Two losses man man. Those losses hurt and you know I came to this McDonald’s and it was amazing man. I was craving it and that was good. It was so good that I wanted to go play another basketball game Because I love the game basketball and this McDonald’s it made me love it even more. Thank you to all those citizens in Noblesville, Indiana that provided me this beautiful food and God is good.

I cannot believe the level of disrespect and pure laziness I witnessed from Manager Steven Reed at the McDonald’s located at 14625 Hazel Dell Crossing, Noblesville, IN 46062. The place was absolutely slammed — long lines, customers frustrated, staff running around trying to save the day — and Steven was glued to his phone the entire time, watching videos like the restaurant wasn’t falling apart around him.
He ignored customers. He ignored his team. He ignored the chaos. This wasn’t a one-second glance — this was full-on scrolling and video-watching while the crew desperately needed leadership. It was embarrassing and honestly infuriating to witness.
McDonald’s should NEVER allow a manager to act like this. If Steven Reed is more committed to social media than his own job, then someone needs to take that management title away from him ASAP. I won’t be returning to this location until he is held accountable for this extremely unprofessional behavior.

I wish there was a zero for ratings! I waited for 5 minutes at the counter because I didn’t see a way to order senior beverages on the kiosk. The lady who finally came wasn’t friendly at all. A lady who came in after me had the same experience.
To make matters worse, my cookie was very stale.

Do you know, man this experience was really a lot for me. I just came off of losing two basketball games and all I thought about was just eating some McDonald’s you know so I went to McDonald’s right on this address and then I got a blue raspberry Fanta large slushy and it was just amazing. Truly amazing and I just want to thank all the employees who help me and thank everybody in this world I mean great McDonald’s five out of five if I could, I’d give it a 10 out of five, grease out.

Pretty disappointing experience at Hazel Dell McDonald’s tonight. Food took quite a while and the kitchen looked very disorganized. It was fresh and correct, I’ll give them that much.
