The orders are wrong. I am lactose and the server used milk for my drink after I told her to change to soy milk. I ordered two venti matcha green tea lattes. Cold one for my brother, hot one for me. This is the cold one. He hasn’t even drink any yet.

The new cups are horrible! They make the drink taste nasty. Seeing what you are drinking thru the clear plastic cups was part of the enjoyment. I used to come here every day. Gave it another try today. Hate the new cups. If you keep these cups you will lose lots of customers. The workers at this location are great! Cups suck!

This is the 3rd time in a row they’ve messed up my order. The blonde girl was very nice and it’s no blame to her, the other girl there at 6pm must be unable to read and hear. I asked for a pink drink, extra strawberries please. What I get is coconut milk and 5 pieces of strawberries.

I didn’t get the name, but the tall man at 8:50am on 04/12 was rude and mean to me. Ignored me for a minute before saying what do you want? I had my phone app up for the Starbucks app to scan my credit card so I could get my rewards. He told me to press enter and use my card. So I did so. Then I said, okay but can I have my points added? And he said no, you already pushed enter and scanned your card. Never had this problem at any other starbucks. Ignorant.

I’m giving this two stars because the consistency of this location is all over the place. Sometimes they’re out of everything sometimes they have stuff, sometimes They choose not to. I never liked to be that person that looks through my bag or tried my drink before leaving the drive-thru line, but if you order from this location make sure you do that. This is the second time they’ve messed up this week out of three visits. Those are not great odds.

Love Starbucks only complaint was that they didn’t put my refresher in my cup for me after purchase. I guess it’s not in their policy. I’ve been to other starbucks that do it. They should keep it consistent.
