Disappointed with the latest pizza experience. Always have enjoyed the Hawaiian bbq chicken pizza which I swap out the chicken for pepperoni. Since I’ve generally had good experiences, I blindly picked up the pizza and opened up to a super disappointing pizza. They did not add the jalapeños that I requested and there was barely 5 pepperonis on my pizza! Check out the latest picture compared to the ones I’ve received before!

Ordered our pizza from the Ashburn, VA location. We just ordered 2 weeks ago – so I assumed the delivery would be the same. My husband turned off the TV so he could hear “the bell” problem is the food was left on the ground, no bell, no knock! Completely unacceptable!! When you are spending almost $40 for 1 pizza and bread sticks, the least I expect is that the delivery person has enough sense to ring the bell!!

I knew I was calling 15 minutes before closing time and I was prepared for the worst lol but they outdid themselves. By far the best pizza I’ve ever had at papa Johns and just what I’ve always wanted and never gotten. I will be ordering from this papa Johns again.

This location and manager need to go. The website is screwed up, too. Used to love Papa John’s. I should have checked the reviews before ordering from this location. Be aware that if you select bacon on the website, it changes to Anchovies. I’m normally a 5 star rater. That’s how bad this pizza and manager are. Fix your website Papa John’s, or don’t.
