I’ve never had a better experience at any McDonalds in my 30+ years. Many places to eat were closed this Easter Sunday. We arrived after church and the lobby was near empty, but employees were sweeping keeping the place immaculately clean. I just moved to the Indy area after living in Michigan all my life and was blown away to hear worship music and see the word “Faith” on a sign on resurrection day. So happy to see good values in a restaurant, setting it apart and focusing on the goodness that the world needs right now. An employee had a smile and was happy to put in our order instead of us using the kiosk. We sat down to wait, and three employees delivered our food to us at the table! I’ve never seen such levels of customer attention and service in my life. 10/5 stars for this workplace! Well trained and positive people. We truly appreciate you. Bless you!

I go out of my way to get food from here. Quick, friendly service and always greeted at the window. Other stores would do good to take notes from this place. The best part is the sandwiches are assembled and slapped together.

The drive thru wait was really long..20 minutes or so. Then they forgot one of my sandwiches so I ended up having to park and go in anyway, where they were currently serving 271 and I was 293..another 20 minutes later and I had some lunch!! I will say that the staff were super nice and accommodating. The restaurant was also spotlessly clean. The food was fresh because I had to wait on it but it’s McDonalds so that the 3 star on food.

The app totally failed me today. I called and they already had my food ready even though I wasn’t there. I told then I probably wouldn’t come get it at that point, would’ve been cold. But then I felt bad so I went. I showed up and the manager(?) (a black man), remade my order, he was so SO nice about it. He even remembered the sauce I had ordered. It was just awesome customer service. He even made my fries and drink a large. The sandwich was so good. Best service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. I’m so sad I didn’t get his name!

What can I say about McDonald’s other than excellent. The food is always great we typically visit once a day we are seniors and always looking for the senior discounts they offer on their drinks and every once in awhile, a couple times a week that while we’re getting our drinks we decided to get something to eat I love McDonald’s I’ve been eating there ever since I was young which was amount 70 years ago and when I first visited McDonald’s it was in front of a train track and I remember the fries I believe they were 10 cents a bag. I must say the fries have not change from 70 years ago when I first got them!

I go to the McDermid’s on Keystone on Saturday morning to get my Breakfast for my client and I. It’s one of my favorite places to go because my order is all together. And sometimes they may mix it up, but they always make it right. I always check my bag before I leave the parking lot to make sure it is right. If not I come back around and they make it right.
