My experience was not a good one this morning, unfortunately. Drive through service could use better tones and friendliness to their customers. She seem aggravated by the congestion the drive thru was getting. I felt rushed by her. It was just a simple order, steak bagel meal with black coffee and extra hash brown. “Thank You” was not given by her after my order placed nor after payment. She didn’t seem to care. Pick up window service was alright but not much better. I know it’s a fast food drive thru, however a smile and nice service would’ve suffice after a long night into the morning, at work and then waiting so long just to get to the speaker to order. Food was cold. Steak bagel, bagel hard, cold and slightly burnt, cheese cold and not even close to being melted; sandwich cold and was wrapped a mess, as if thrown together quickly without care; has browns (ordered 2), both cold. The only item served hot was my black coffee. Staff could use good and proper customer service etiquette and manners. Even though this is “fast food”, it doesn’t mean food and service has to be served with upsets, disappointments and attitude. We didnt go here for that. Keep it nice and simple please. Godspeed everyone.

I usually don’t have issues with the customer service during the day at the Beverly Ohio location but the evening shift is horrible. They are rude, orders are always missing items or the food is old and cold. Last time I was there the girl just shoved the food out at me and didn’t say a word.

We drove over an hour for their steak, egg and cheese bagel. They are the only McDonald’s around that has them. It was awesome. The staff were all very nice.

It was a strange visit. First a little boy peed outside in front of the window while we were eating. Then a customer slipped and fell. Then a cockroach walked past me. The floor was very greasy and the staff wasn’t really trained.
