LOL we just went through the drive thru and i got a cheeseburger kids meal, AND THEY FORGOT THE BURGER. i think it’s absolutely hilarious, i’m not mad. but my mother is raging. i’m not sure how this happened but maybe be more careful because if it was literally anyone else, they’d be on sicko mode. accidents happen but god damn WHAT HAPPENED BACK THERE HAHAHA

Went to this location tonight. They were definitely busy, but it was crazy that I had to wait 30 minutes for a burger and fry. Also I ordered online. After all that, I get home to eat.. my Burger had no meat on it!! Completely insane!!

I always get my food quickly through using the curbside service here and it always tastes great. However, the curbside parking signs are now gone and the employee who brought out my food was frustrated that I wasn’t parked in the right numbered parking spot. How am I supposed to know which spot I’m in if the signs are gone? Be glad I even knew which area in the parking lot to park in.

A loved one was involved in an accident and was taken to the ER, and the family and I rushed to the hospital to be with her. We weren’t able to eat dinner as a result. When we left the hospital at 2am everyone was VERY hungry. Not much is open that late so we opted for McDonald’s. I was amazed at how good the food was! Everything was made correctly, was very hot, and very fresh. In fact, it was some of the best McDonald’s I can remember having in many years! In addition, the employees were friendly and polite (rare these days). I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food, but this was above and beyond, and these employees deserve recognition and kudos. Hire more like this, McDonald’s!

Every time I come here I tell myself never again. The drive through takes so long. I can sit at one speaker and watch 6 cars pass the other speaker. It’s supposed to be fast food but we can’t seem to find the fast part. After 18 min in the drive through, they try to get me to pay for the wrong order. Get to the second window. Don’t have my order, pull me to the 3rd window only to give me a cold burger that’s inedible. 6 pieces of cheese!!!

The male employee who took my order over the drive thru speaker was short and cut me off multiple times, rude is how I would describe him. and then the girl who took my money at the first window was equally rude. just 12.56 no please, no thank you, and “here” was how I was handed my credit card back. when I approached the second window the girl handing out the food was more pleasant so I asked her if It was “Be rude to customers day at McDonalds” she asked why what happened?, I told her how rude the two employees were and made me feel as if I was interrupting their day, and she rolled her eyes (I felt as if I wasn’t the first to complain about the two) and she said she would let the manager know. I won’t be back to this location again, what has happened to hospitality and kindness?

Overnight crew always locks the lobby and doesn’t let people in who placed mobile orders and have no car. Then have an attitude when you go to pick up your order. Morning crew is amazing, night shift crew desperately needs a change in management.
