Food is decent, staff is nice. The facility looked like it could use a bit of cleaning in the dining areas and restrooms. Prices are great and the service was pretty fast. drive thru is a little tight for the large vehicles.

Since moving to Texas we can’t find a close White Castle, whenever we are in Indiana .y daughter and I ways try to get a 30 sack or 100 sack. This location was by far the nicest, fast, and cleanest location I’ve been to. The staff was busy but they were efficient and they communicated very well, food was nice and hot. We’ll definitely be back here on our next trip up.

Oddly enough, It brought me back to the days when I was a kid visiting my grandparents on Calumet Avenue in Hammond. We never went through the drive-thru and you stood in line watching them cook Sliders fresh off the grill as you liked them to be! It was one of those days! Absolutely the best Sliders I’ve had in decades!

Very high prices for the food quality and quantity. Haven’t been here is 10 or more years. Low end fast food have to figure it out as we can often eat at a nice sit down place for same or less eg Mission BBQ my order would be less, for a much much nicer experience.

Ahh, the veritable White Castle. I’m incredibly disappointed that we don’t have one in South Bend. This location in Evansville seems like an outlier in a leased location, but the food options are as delicious as ever, and service here was top notch. No robots here making sliders… yet!

Not bad. 7.99 for a bag of 10 of the original sliders. Plenty of menu options and specials that vary. You download the app and order through that but it seems slow paced as far as traffic goes. No fault of the crew or the restaurant. The strip mall they’re located in is dead. Easy in and out. No complaints.

Made an online order using their app. We told them that we made an online order and they told us to pull up to the window. Once we got up to the window, they told us our order would be $16. Which we thought was odd because that wasn’t the price given to us on the app. But we gave them our card and payed. After paying as they were getting ready to hand us the food, they then started naming off what was in the order which wasn’t our order at all. They charged us for someone else’s order. We then told them we were the online order. Then they informed us that one of the items we ordered wasn’t on the menu anymore. So they clearly don’t update their app. So we made a new order. But instead of charging us for the new order they charged us for our previous order. And we ended up over paying.
