Words can’t even describe the waste of money this place is, I just can’t eat McDonald’s nuggets anymore, or McDonald’s at that. They taste so disgusting, like I’m eating rancid chicken. Tastes so weird, I don’t even know how to describe it. Everytime I go to McDonald’s, which is about once every month, I try their nuggets to see if they are any better. It seems like every time I order them, they taste like absolute crap. I paid 8 dollars for these nasty things and a sad sprite. Just over all a waste, ugh.

My wife placed a mobile order and sat in pickup spot for 30 minutes. Staff at location did not know she was in mobile pickup spot even though she confirmed spot in mobile app. She said she could not wait any longer and wanted refund to credit card. They said they could not refund the money. I called Scott McDonalds office next day to get refund they said the order amount is pending and would drop off and not get charged. That did not happen and was charged. I called McDonalds corporate and they said the location will get back with you to resolve. They never did. Ultimately I had to dispute charge with credit card company. Everyone at McDonald’s I talked to were not customer oriented and did not care that they did not fulfill our order and that we were never refunded the charge. Scotts McDonalds is not gong to get my business any more. Also filed Better business bureau complaint. Can’t give 0 stars in app or I would have.

I am a regular. At least twice a week ive ordered from here for a year straight. They lost my business tonight. I had a mobile order. They couldnt find an order I obviously placed over 20 minutes before showing up. I went to Wendy’s instead. I will not tolerate incompetence like this from Mcdonalds. Give me a $25 credit and I might come back. My order was over $25.

Placed order #1615 Dec 31 at 3:16pm. Asked me if I had a mobile order and the number, then confirmed the number then asked me what I wanted to order and finally said my order number is invalid. Didn’t get the food I paid for. Drive tru equipment is poor. First time, last time.
Update: Submitted the form. No response. Called the restaurant and wouldn’t issue a refund back to my card.

I was charged to add tomato, lettuce, and mayo to my sandwich. I received neither on my sandwich i was charged more for large fries and received medium fry order in a large container. Missing Buffalo sauce for my chicken nuggets. You all have one job.

Came through for breakfast this morning. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel meal. Looked like they dumped the entire bottle for breakfast sauce on the sandwich. I had to wipe off so much sauce. Absolutely ridiculous they thought serving that sandwich was acceptable.
