I am not one to leave reviews but for the last several weeks EVERY SINGLE ORDER I have gotten from this location has been wrong. And this is across all shifts, doesn’t matter what time of day it is the order is wrong. And on top of that when you go back into the restaurant to have what they messed up fixed they give you an extreme amount of attitude and act as if you’re the inconvenience for wanting the food you actually ordered, and often times there are other people also in the lobby waiting for their orders to be fixed. Until this location can get employees who are competent and friendly I will be driving the extra distance to go to location in downtown Fairborn because I have never once had an issue there.

Got 2 double filet of fish through drive thru, obviously had been made and sitting under heat lamp long before ordered cheese was melted and congealed to sides of fish and tartar sauce yellowish and absorbed into the bun. Absolutely disgusting, both went in the trash wouldn’t feed that to a raccoon

Made a mobile order then showed up 15 mins later to pick it up. Only had 2 items (one was a drink) and the app said my order would be ready in 2 to 5 mins. Waited for 12 minutes and then I had to drive back for work. When I went back I was charged and my order was marked as complete despite not receiving anything. Wouldn’t have bothered with leaving this review but I got charged. Don’t bother. Location has a terrible wait time.

They get 5 stars… If they would have remembered to give me my Collectors cup with my meal It woulda been 6 if possible. But this seems to be at every McDonald’s since they started offering them. Other than that fast friendly service and the food was all fresh and they remembered my 2 sides of mac sauce ♡ Thank you!

I stopped by for lunch. Money being tight, I used the app for a bogo quarter pounder and ordered a large fry to split. Being asked to pull up and wait. I was the third car waiting. After app. 5 minutes my food came out . The fries were a small fry in a large fry box and almost cold . Super disappointed ☹️

Went to mcdonalds with a breakfast mobile order, by the time we got there it wasn’t breakfast anymore. They said they couldn’t make the food but that it would be refunded other than the drinks we ordered and were told we wouldn’t be able to refund the drinks for some reason. Sure fine whatever, we order lunch since we were already there, quarter pounder, two snack wraps. Pulled around to get our food and received two bags. One of which was half of our original breakfast order? the other seemingly our lunch order. Get home to find out that the two snack wraps was one snack wrap and a breakfast burrito which we did not order. Have yet to be refunded for our order which we half received and the other half of the bag seemed to be just random stuff we did not order. Nobody at this mcdonalds seems to know what is going on.

This is the McDonald’s all the other McDonald’s should strive to be. I’ve never been to Enon before but I started a new job here a few days ago and I’ve been here for lunch one day and dinner the next. The service is super fast – even with long lines in the drive thru both times – and they’re super friendly. Food was super fresh. I’m actually impressed.

Very bad management !! they will laugh in you face and be disrespectful. When. Something is messed up. Or need a refund Or refuse to give you food you ordered. Wait till u get to the 2nd window to tell them have to wait 10 days for a refund but wanna refund sum drink. Very disappointed and very nasty workers that need to learn customer service. And or person in drive Thur need more training and understanding of what their job duty is. And notify customer about order and for the floor supervisor. She is very rude and nasty to sit back and laugh in someone face after ordering food !! And asking for refuse bc they voided first order. Mind you. I order at 10 :03 am

I don’t know if you can tell in the picture but there is clearly one biscuit that they cut the top off of to make it seem like there is 2 biscuits. This is just like wow. I paid $5.59 for 1 biscuit and some gravy. I feel like I’ve been ripped off. I definitely won’t be going to this McDonald’s anymore.
