Had an amazing experience here, loved the food and our waiter was AMAZING, he was super kind and even let us try out 3 of these homemade hot sauces after he noticed our table enjoyed spicy food. I definitely recommend this place for tasty food at low cost. I ordered a steak and bell pepper burrito smothered in queso with rice and beans off the lunch menu for $7.99, big portions as well.

Best Mexican food in town! I recommend the loaded nachos for the pickier eater or the Burrito Colorado. Just be warned that when they say something is spicy they mean it! Service is never bad and the eating area and bathrooms were very clean.

Wonderful atmosphere~ clean, spacious, with lovely background music. The authentic Paloma cocktail and margarita was well-made. Shrimp tacos and chicken enchilada was timely, hot and delicious. Topped off a delightful experience with a gracious host who recommended the Butter Toffee Cake. It was a win! Definitely will go back and highly recommend.

This is a first..the worst meal ever to be had here. Ordered brisket beef chimichanga plate with the small salad and rice only, no beans. Instead my plate was chimi, slice of tomatoe, tsp of Pico & about a tbsp of sour cream (no lettuce) and about 1/4 cup of rice, a squirt of beans (why are they liquifying refried beans?) on an already flat plate. 1st bite of chimi was soft gristle, the kind that you keep chewing it might dissolve. So was the 2nd, 3rd and then I called it. I had placed all of the gristle to the side of the plate, put my knife and fork on plate and pushed it aside. $16 & way overpriced! Rice was kinda hard too.
What happened?!? After sharing with kind server, I ended up paying for my pop and left her a tip. Not the usual that’s for sure. Please don’t liquify beans, they don’t look like beans at all on the plate, which is rather disgusting to look at. The food portioning keeps getting smaller and smaller based on the plates they’ve been using for years.

This place is so clean for a small restaurant in a strip mall, it’s very cozy and welcoming inside. The service was great, I took my time I was in no hurry during my visit and the staff knew when I was ready no pressure very relaxing. Just started on my food but I imagine my experience is going to continue with good thoughts. Recommend 1010

Average Mexican food. I got one of their lunch specials, which is a solid deal. Tamale was gross. More like a corn cake with meat on top. Their salsa, chips & service were good though. I would go back if their was no other options around. But it’s eau Claire, so their is plenty of other options.

Loved the restaurant! The server was really nice. We got our food super quickly too, like we were shocked it came out so fast. Highly Recommend eating here wjen you get the chance (the chicken in the tacos is to die for and the queso is a chefs kiss)

Atmosphere was pretty good. Service was typical average type of service. Food lacked flavor but was still okay. Definitely had better Mexican food elsewhere. So 3/5 stars.
