I would give 0 stars if I could. I waited over 30 minutes in the drivethrough for 1 ICE CREAM CONE. The person on the speaker had the nerve to say “please bear with us…” it’s literally 1 damn ice cream cone that I had already paid for. No excuses. Came to the store to get a drink. Cars wrapped around the building so I decided to do curbside instead. Used the app. Pulled up. 15 mins goes by, another vehicle pulls beside me. 5 mins later still no order, so I decide to go through the drive through. Person at the speaker said “do you want a manager” and I said no just my drink would be ok. Took 9 more minutes to get to the window, where they tried to give me someone else’s order and got my simple drink with no ice wrong. Oh, and while I was waiting to get to the window the person who came 15 mins AFTER me got their order before I got my drink. Then I decide to call the manager because I was super aggravated about taking 29 minutes to get a drink. His response was you can’t expect a lightning fast order when we’re busy, we get done when we get done. Then he hangs up. Great customer service there Steve!

The lady in the drive through was extremely rude and loud! She had a terrible attitude. We placed an order online but we came 5 minutes past 11 to pick it up without knowing you can’t pick it up after a certain time. Even though my order was already placed and payed for. It’s fine that we can’t pick it up whatever, but the lady was just extremely disrespectful. We were questioning it because we had no idea we couldn’t pick it up if the app allowed us to place and pay for the order. So we ended up not getting food.

Placed an order on the app 10 minutes or more before arrival drive-thru extremely slow one of the worst McDonald’s in all states I’ve been through as a driver. Went inside asked if I could have the food since drive thru was not moving the manager proceeded to tell me I had to change the order and tell me to go back to the drive thru then proceeded to argue with me at the window so I went back in and I proceeded to ask for whoever is in charge manager boss supervisor or somebody since I will never be returning to this location again. One of the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been through and I will be updating this information when I receive names… People love to work slow in the back by the way.

This McDonalds is great for cold food, poor customer service, and fairly long wait times. You tend to get the typical Milford customer service here which is basically complete indifference. What I love about this particular location is that they go the extra mile to make sure you feel like you’re inconveniencing them with exaggerated exasperations and soul-sucking expressions. It’s an experience for sure.
The drive thru is laughable. Want a quick meal? Go somewhere else. I’ve never been through this line without getting pulled into one of the waiting spots and adding every bit of 15-20 minutes to my wait time.
I went inside once as I thought it would maybe speed things up. It didn’t. Plus I got to witness one of the employees berating one of the customers for asking for an update on her food after she had been waiting for “30 minutes”. Usually I’d say that maybe the customer was exaggerating, but with my experiences here, she was probably selling it short with that estimate.
After sitting in lane 1 filling out this review, a young lady, soaked from the misty rain, came out to ask me what I am waiting on. Shouldn’t they know? I will say that her hitting her vape pen was a nice touch as she blew out that all too familiar cloud of smoke and coughed her way back into the restaurant to collect someone else’s food.
After another 10 minutes, they came back to my car and asked me for a receipt as they “lost my food”. Wild, completely avoidable, and unsurprising.
All in all, this location is unbelievably rude, unrealistically slow, and undeniably bad. Save yourself time and hassle. Go somewhere else.

genuinely one of the worst places i’ve had service at, i get doordash here a lot and you have to wait like 10 minutes to get an order. the one good experience ive had this girl named schylar fixed all my problems and dealt with it with speed and accuracy.

Everytime I drive thru this McDonald’s I get COLD fries and they never get order correct. I order onions on my burger and what do I get. Big fat 0. NONE. I have complained and complained and still I get NO onions. I thought McDonalds did your order to your request AND fries are cold every time. Who runs these McDonalds? Employees do not know how to do your order.

Always get pulled whether it’s a small order or not. Then when get the food it is not even fresh. I have yet to get a fry that is actually full. Tried calling their corporate to complain and seemed like they wanted to help and said they would send out cards to help replace but then hung up before ever collecting information.

Missing food, rude staff, cold food and long waits. I stopped coming here for a reason. Came back out of convenience, big mistake, nothing has changed. Avoid, don’t waste your money. Store # 16587 order # 08 missing sausage egg McMuffin with added 2 half strips of bacon. Orange juice cup was leaking. Breakfast burritos were cold.
