This place has gone REALLY downhill over the past few months. Food is disgusting and the atmosphere is even worse. Instead of trusting this piece of work McDonald’s, drive a few more minutes to go to the Milford McDonald’s! They’re a MUCH better location, food is always fresh and hot, the kindest employees and an overall happy working environment.

The food was cooked fresh and was good. My complaint is that the self service kiosk is supposed to be there so you can order your food, take a number, have a seat and they will bring your food out to you. The last 2 times I have been here, we waited at our table just for our food to be called out to us and left sitting at the counter. Don’t offer something if you can’t follow through with it. They also seem very understaffed most of the time.

Absolutely horrible team and management. Asked to have the sloppiness excuse for a hamburger to be replaced and the crew just stared a hole right thru me. When the crew member brought me my new sandwiches the grin this kid had on his face told me everything I needed to know. My burgers went straight to the garbage. I wasn’t nasty with them when requesting a fresh burger be made. I just wanted a burger that wasn’t soggy with grease, the ketchup actually on the burger and some onions. 10.00 for 2 dollars burgers , 4 piece nugget and a Dr. PEPPER.

A friend and I decided to get lunch here today. The food was good. This facility definitely needs a good cleaning! The bathroom was filthy. Could not get the soap dispenser to work. Nothing worse than washing your hands and then having to touch the door handle. While I was waiting on my food a big sting of dust from the vent fell on me. Pretty disgusting.

This location is hit and miss. I like to go inside for breakfast, but the door to the dining room is frequently locked. They don’t have enough staff to service both the drive thru and the dining room during breakfast hours.
