This place is constantly in shambles. Reading other reviews doesn’t seem like it’s going to get any better any time soon. Food is always wrong and takes way too long to make. The establishment itself is kind of dirty. Don’t understand with it being in the heart of Loveland you would think it would be a lot nicer. I wish somebody else would buy this franchise and run it properly. Do yourself a favor and go to the Landen location instead. Foods consist. And place is clean.

Would really love to know why I can’t order through the app to this location. Almost every time we go I order on the app bc it’s cheaper. Today I was told that my order wasn’t pushed through. No clue what that even means. I had a code to give them and the money was taken out of my account. They told me the order couldn’t be found. So I then have to cancel and order at the window for more money since I now can’t use the coupon. Honestly about done with McDonald’s because this is ridiculous. I then am told money wasn’t taken out of my account yet. Wish they would stop lying to their customers because it in fact was taken right out of my account the second I hit order.

They give you a “tent” with a number on it so they can bring your food to your table. When food is ready they just sit it on the counter and leave it. They don’t bring it to you or even call a number. Your food sits there and gets cold. Why use the numbers ??? This is the worst store of all I’ve been to. We bring the kids here for play place but food and service is beyond horrible

Absolutely horrible nighttime management who refuses to accept responsibility for things being packed wrong and made wrong. Was missing a small fry and we got grape jelly, hotcake syrup and picante sauce instead of our happy meal toys. Was told by nighttime management the dasher must have done it. Was argumentative at the start of the call. (Updated) The GM Ashley is awesome and rectified the situation while being calm and understanding.

Wow, it’s been a long time since i’ve been to a mcdonald’s with such poor food quality and service. Fries were so cold and hard. Wrong sauce was given. Ordered two pies, they forgot the pies once I told them about it, they had me pulled to a spot and then totally forgot about me.They said it would be twelve minutes.I ended up going inside after twenty to fetch them myself. Employees are rude. The guy in the window didn’t say a single word to me and looked at me like I was dumb. Do not go to this mcdonald’s!

McDonald’s has always been consistent in good quality food options, clean restaurants with friendly servers. But this week I was presently surprised by a 14 year old young man working at the drive through cash window and a 15 year old working the food window. Both were excellent and I praised them for their work ethics at such a young age. Way to go McDonalds!

Simply the worst run McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. The staff are poorly trained and the manager spent more time panicking and barking orders than accomplishing anything.

Just got back from getting food and this is what they call scrambled eggs I would have not gotten eggs if this is what you are allowing to come out of your kitchen!!! Some one needs to be retrained !! They have gotten better for sure. New faces are doing great an very friendly ??? For the owner why don’t you serve Moca frappe and shakes after 6: 30 it’s every time

Employees commonly understaffed but handle all the rushes of food as well as possible and are always so understanding if something is messed up or forgotten. Today I witnessed a lady with her family yell at an employee about how they “piss her off” as she stomped away all because she was upset the play place was closed to be cleaned the employees are very strong to be able to stay calm and respectful when belittled and treated less then by customers, this is not the first time over witnessed such incidents of over aggressive rude customers. Good job employees
